January 20th, 2020 Rachel's p/v "Come inside, but only for a couple minutes. Darry is gonna get up soon for his morning run." Tyler walks in. "Golly, this place is so warm. "You did not just say golly." "Hey, I was kind enough to bring you coffee. I think I deserve a kiss." "Mmm, on the cheek!" "I'm being so mistreated right now." I quickly give him a kiss on the lips. Darry is gonna get up anytime now. "Alright you entered, now please go before Darry sees you." "But I just got here!" I glance over at Darry's door. Shit, I think I hear shuffling. "Ok ok, but are we still on for the mall?" "You know it. I can't wait to shop with you." "Not that it matters, but does Darry know I'm going to the mall with you?" "Darry doesn't know anything. If I ask to him to go to the mall he's going to say no. There is no way I'm going to stay here all day." "Sick. I'll see you later, m'lady." Tyler kisses my forehead. He slips his shoes back on. Darry hates bringing rain into the house. Plus, the footprints are way too big to be mine. He wouldn't even buy it for a second.
