Rachel's p/v
I asked the teacher if I can switch my seat but she said no. I'm stuck with Mary and Tyler talking about their favorite songs from the 70s. I could care less about the fucking 70s. The 2000s is where it's at.
"I really like your shoes, Mary. Where did you get them?"
"Thank you! I got them at an antique store for 50 bucks. So worth it."
"They go well with your outfit. I honestly just love your style."
"You're making my heart blush! I love your style too."
Those two are making my heart barf. And 50 bucks for a pair of shoes? What was Mary thinking? The priciest shoes I own are my Filas which I got from Savers for $15. But I'll admit, her shoes complement her outfit very well.

She's wearing a red and white gingham halter top, dark blue denim high wasted shorts, nylon black mini shoulder bag, black chunky high heeled loafers, and white frilly socks. How is she so stylish? Her parents must be super duper rich. Can we switch lives or sum?

I'm wearing a white tank top with red horizontal lines going across, blue denim jacket, blue mom jeans, my dirty white high top converse, and my Kanken backpack. And I thought my outfit was pretty neat. I was so wrong.

Spanish class has started and we're going to present any second now. Kyle and I worked hard on our conversation. I can tell he's nervous because he's not talking to his friends.
"Los primeros van hacer Raquel y Kyle."
Kyle and I walk to the center of the room.
"¡Hola Kyle! Quires jugar conmigo?"
"Por supuesto, Raquel. Es un placer jugar contigo, pero tengo una pregunta."
"¿Cual es tú pregunta?"
"Por qué robastes mi jugo?"
"No tengo idea de lo que estas hablando."
"Tomastes mi jugo cuando yo estaba limpiando mis zapatos."
"Estás mintiendo y eso no es bueno."
"Si te gusta robar cosas entonces no quiero jugar contigo"
"Genial porque tampoco quiero jugar contigo."
"¡Adios, Raquel!"
"¡Adios, Kyle!"
Everyone starts to slowly clap in confusion. I never said I was a good actress.
"Muy bueno. Ahora es el turno de Bowie y Erica."
Kyle and I fist bump and walk back to our seats. Erica and Bowie walk to the center of the room.
Well this should be interesting.
"¿Cómo estás, Erica, en este hermoso día?"
"Estoy muy bien, y tu?"
"También estoy muy bien. Hoy parece un buen día para jugar, ¿no?"
"¿Que quieres jugar? No conozco muchos juegos."
"Podemos jugar a las escondidas."
"¿Cómo juegas eso?"
"¿Cómo no sabes jugar? Todos los niños chido saben como jugar."
"¿Quieres jugar espía de ojos con mi pequeño ojo?"
"Quiero jugar el otro juego."
"¿Por qué eres tan injusto? ¿Por qué crees que es bueno llamar a personas retrasadas?"
Bowie frowns. I don't think the last part was scripted.
"You really want to bring that up right now?" Bowie whispers. Thank gosh I sit in the front, that way I get to hear every little word.
"Tienes que enfrentar las cosas."
"Mira quien habla! No seas tan hipócrita."
"Eres tan privilegiado y mimado que me enferma."
"¿Qué quieres que te diga? Oh, yo también soy alguien que no usa su cabeza."
"Está claro que no has aprendido de lo que pasó."
"Erica, soy una idiota."
"Se te nota!"
"Paren de pelear. Los dos se sienten." Mr. Fernandez says. That was a very interesting act. Kyle and his friends are cracking up about it. Erica was in the wrong for saying all that in their presentation. I get she wants to expose him, but there's a time and place for it. I wouldn't be surprised if they got an F on their presentation.

"Everyone please get in formation. We're going to run through UpTown funk one more time."
Heath groans. "Again? We've been nonstop dancing for an hour."
"I promise you guys will get a break after this. The quicker we get through this the sooner the break."

We all go to our places. For the beginning of the song, our backs are against the audience. We bop our heads until Isiah yells. We turn around and start dancing.

Heath sings "This hit that ice cold. Michelle Pfeiffer, that white cold. This one, for them good girls, them good girls straight masterpieces. Stylin', wildin', livin' it up in the city. Got Chucks on with Saint Laurent. Gotta kiss myself, I'm so pretty."
"I'm too hot." Isiah sings.
"Hot damn" We sing.
"Called a police and a fireman." We fan ourselves while Heath sings that line.
"I'm too hot." Isiah sings.
"Hot damn"
"Make a dragon wanna retire man." Audrey sings.
"I'm too hot." Isiah sings.
"Hot damn"
"Say my name you know who I am." Heath sings.
"I'm too hot." Isiah sings.
"Hot damn"
"Am my band bout that money." Audrey sings.
"Break it down" Isiah says.
Heath sings "Girls hit your hallelujah." We all surround him, stomping our right foot.
"Woo!" We raise our arms to the air.
