Rachel's p/v
I walk out of my room. Declan is sleeping on the couch. He came over last night to comfort me and I got mad at him for it. More proof for my "why Rachel Sandoval sucks" file.I sit next to him and shake him a little. He opens his eyes.
"Morning, Declan."
"Morning? It's like 12 am. Feeling all better?" He sits up.
"No, but I'll feel a little better once I apologize. You stayed here with me. You never left my side."
"Because I care about you so much. Best friends stick together. It's why you still have our friendship bracelet on."
I smile and look down. "Declan, words can't describe how great-full I am for you. I'm sorry for pushing you away last night. My anger gets the best of me."
"It's ok. You needed space and I didn't respect that. Unfortunately, I do have to get going. But first, let's make a midnight snack"
"Chocolate chip pancakes?"
He gets up and smiles. "You know it."
I follow him to the kitchen. Best friends forever.Declan left my house a while ago. Now I'm on TikTok trying to distract myself from everything going on, but every video reminds me of Mary. My for you page really wants me to have another mental breakdown.
I already know that the person I am isn't considered right or beautiful, but does social media really have to remind me that? I'm going to change myself to make Tyler content with the girl he has.
After a couple of minutes of searching on Pinterest, I have finally found Mary's account. All I wanted was to get some inspiration from her, but it looks like she has posted some photos of her own. I love them to say the least.
Her caption reads "November 23rd, 2017 🕺🏽". She posted this in 8th grade. Her outfit is nice, I just don't see her wearing it these days. Someone commented "Great outfit! 🌷" and Mary replied with "Thank you!". Mary was pulling through the outfits at like 13 years old.
Mary's caption is "Jonathan took this". Of course he did. I'm assuming this was in 8th grade too but in like April. The jump from the sweatshirt to tank top is drastic. Again, Mary pulling through with being aesthetic.
