Jan: Great! See you.

•Just then that bustard came. And I left with him for home. He everyday drops us school to home. But this time Jan was going to stay at her parent's house. So I will be going alone. On the way home he asked me•

Rohan: So, how was your school today?
Avi: Just a normal boring day. Um... Rohan?
Rohan: Yeah?
Avi: You know about the prom right?
Rohan: Yeah, your last high school dance.

•After a battle with my brain I finally asked him even though I know he will say no. Only a miracle can make him say yes•

Avi: Will you go with me?
Rohan: You know I hate high school.
Avi: Yeah. But you don't even know anyone and nobody know you from my school, so what's the problem?
Rohan: I can't. I am sorry.

•That's what I thought that time. As I said, only a miracle can make him say yes to me. After that he dropped me home and rest of the day went normal. Next day I and Jan went for shopping as promised•

Jan: Are you excited?
Avi: Nothing to be excited about.
Jan: What? Rohan is coming right?
Avi: No, there is no way to convince him.
Jan: But why?
Avi: Idk. He just hates the thought of going public about our relationship.
Jan: Don't you think that's weird?
Avi: I really don't know.
Jan: Maybe you need to talk to him again.
Avi: Let him be. We are here for shopping and not to talk about him.
Jan: Yeah. We will pick the best dresses.
Avi: Yup.

•High school was nearly coming to an end. College was approaching fast. I was clueless about which college to apply to. Just as I was clueless about my relationship with Rohan. We were together for two years, but he was still a mystery to me. He never asked me to meet my friends or family. And whenever I ask about meeting his, he always changed the topic. At that time I had to pretend being single when I was not. Jan wanted to go to California for college. And I have no other choice except going with her. She is my bestie since we were 5 or maybe more younger. I also wanted to go with her, enjoy with her, but how? The only thing on my mind was Rohan. A day before the prom I saw....
