Chapter Thirty Five

On the inside I began to panic. He still won't leave me alone. So many different emotions began to make their way through my body. Awkwardness, confusion, unease. Everything.
"I'm sorry, we already went through this. I just don't want to be with you." I stated, backing up towards Hayes, even though they are too far away. He grabbed my wrist stopping me from moving.
"But I want you. So bad." Eric stated, looking at my lips. I turned my head away from him.
"Please. I can't do this, I need to go." I turned around. He pulled me back to him and kissed me on the lips. I pushed him away.
"Eric! What are you doing?" I yelled, covering my lips. Through my voice, I must have caught Hayes's attention. Hayes walked over to where I was. Everyone else stayed. I'm assuming they will get involved when they need to.

"Are you hitting on my Sarah? Did you just kiss my girlfriend?" Hayes came straight up to Eric and pushed him back by both of his shoulders.
"Hayes. Please don't start this." I admitted, gently tugging on his T-shirt. He aggressively pushed my arm away. I then kept silent as I kept my arm to myself.
"Sarah, I saw what he did to you. And I didn't like it! He needs to learn how to respect a woman." He looks at me then turns his attention to Eric.
"You wanna fight? Bring it!" Eric put up his fists.
"No!" I yelled loudly, trying to spread them apart. Eric pushed me back causing me to hit the ground with a large thump.

Well. That was useless.

When I yelled it was loud enough for the other guys to hear and soon enough they all ran over and separated the guys before the first punch got thrown. I would be like an ant trying to stop to lions from fighting.
Absolutely useless.
"Eric. Leave. Sarah. Alone." Cameron stood tall in front of Eric.
"Why should I?"
"Or else you'll have to deal with all of us." Cameron stated, pointing to all of the other guys.

This kinda felt like this was from a scene from a movie. All of my guys were all in a line, Cameron in the front and I was slightly hidden behind Hayes as he held my hand.

"Whatever." Eric then rolled his eyes and walked away. "I never loved you anyway!" He called out as he was walking away. All the guys stare at me in silence.
"That was such a lie." I chuckled, knowing he couldn't hear. All the other guys laughed too.
"You okay?" Matthew asked, giving me a hug.
"Yeah." I sighed. As Matt and I were hugging all of the other guys decided to join in on the hug. So we all had a massive group hug.
