I had no idea why I said that to Gretarioth but hearing me, he fumed with rage as he transformed into a blue skinned devil. His horns were a bit different from Callahan. It started from the end of his forehead where his hairline started and pointed out above. His eyes were dark and hollow but it wasn't beautiful like Callahan's. There were no sprinkles of snow like Callahan had. I somehow missed watching his devil eyes and when I was in excruciating pain, I wanted to wrap him. I missed him like I hadn't seen him for ages.
Callahan, where are you? I screamed in my mind as my lips quivered.
"You..." Gretarioth growled, "I will make you scream so much that you will beg me to kill you."
The pain increased as I clenched my teeth so I would not scream but a moan escaped from my mouth. I was beginning to lose my consciousness when the door barged open and Droy entered in his devil form. He must have been using sheer force to break the barrier as one of his horns was missing.
"Droyth! What a pleasant surprise." Gretarioth said as he greeted him.
"Gretarioth, enough of this. Leave her alone." Droy said, "She has nothing to do with both of your quarrel."
His eyes searched for me and as he saw, I was lying down on the ground, unable to move he said, "You are so dead, Gretarioth."
He laughed and asked in amusement, "And who will kill me?" He pointed his finger at him, "You?"
Droy shook his head and said, "Of course not. You are far more powerful than me. I could dare to lay a finger on you."
Gretarioth seemed to like how Droy praised him and he nodded in amusement. "Then who has the power to kill me, the great destroyer, Gretarioth?"
Droy looked behind him and smirked as I followed his gaze and within a moment, Gretarioth flew away to the nearby wall as he was smashed against it.
"Me." The ice cold voice said.
With little energy left, I looked up and saw Callahan standing there in his reddish form, his eyes burning with rage and his horns looking equally terrifying.
His eyes searched me and as it landed on my helpless being, he clenched his fists.
Gretarioth stood up and it seemed Callahan's punch had no effect on him as he said, "You are as powerful as before, brother."
"I haven't even started yet." Callahan said and in a blink of an eye, he was right before Gretarioth that even Gretarioth couldn't predict. He was about to defend himself when Callahan's fist landed on his gut. Saliva flew out of his mouth as Callahan landed a few punches.
However, Gretarioth was a great fighter himself as he teleported away from him before the last punch arrived and within a second, he came back behind Callahan and elbowed him on his shoulders.
Callahan fell on the floor but supported himself on his knees as Gretarioth wrapped his arms around Callahan's neck and put pressure. Callahan tried to let his hands loose and clenched his teeth as his canines peeked from his lips.
I had never seen devils fighting among themselves well, I had never seen any devils fighting but they were so powerful that I could feel their enormous auras dominating the whole vicinity. Their moves were almost impossible to see as no one was backing away. Each fist, each punch and each kick were hard enough to break a bone or two. I decided if I survive that night, I would never ever get on the bad side of the devils. Any devils.
Now that the battle engaged Gretarioth, my pain was gone but I felt like I had no energy to move as Droy came beside me and asked, "Are you alright?"
