"Elaine, don't worry too much about Earl. I have faith in him and I'm sure that you also trust him. You're the only girl he ever loved, I'm sure that you know that. So there's no way that he went somewhere to love someone else." Denver tried to comfort Elaine.
"I should hold on to that. Thanks, Denver. Anyway, can you do me a simple favor?" Elaine asked him.
"Of course. But don't make me go somewhere away to get something big for you because we have a company that I have to manage." Denver reminded his sister.
"Oh shoot. I forgot that you're the vice chairperson. Okay, just ask either your mother or aunt Elena to get some of my clothes at my house." Elaine told him her wish.
"The laundress is actually coming today, why don't you just use your clothes after they dry?" Denver suggested.
"That won't do, bro. Imagine, from the four of us here, this house just added nine members and count their clothes, the laundresses would take at least a day to finish the clothes and also, I don't want to use the "I'm not just Earl's sister, I'm also his fiancee" card to let them wash my clothes first. And what I'm wearing right now is my last clean one. So please, have someone get it from me." Elaine explained her side.
"Fine, you won. I'll just ask someone, just wait for your clothes." Denver just yielded to her.
"Thanks, big bro. I'll just give Hana a heads up." Elaine responded before embracing her brother.
"Her moods are changing quickly. Maybe due to hormones." Denver thought to himself before a woman appeared in front of him.
"Denver, the three just left for their school and work and I'm bored to death at the house there." the woman told him.
"Aunt Elena, hello. I'm just wondering if you know Elaine's house? Or at least, Ellie's house?" Denver greeted her.
"Ellie's house? Yes, her mother actually invited us there one time with your mom just to hang out and she told us that Elaine and her mom lived beside them when she was still alive." Elena told him a good news.
"Since you just said that you're bored, may you please get some clothes for Elaine to wear. I'll give you the keys to the house and I'll call a driver to take you there." Denver told her as he hands them the keys.
"Don't bother calling the driver that'll take you to the company. I actually got here with my bicycle, yes, to exercise." Denver just looked behind him to see a parked bike.
"Well, have fun and don't hesitate to call my mom for anything." Denver just told him before they went the opposite ways. After a while, Elena arrived at Elaine's house.
"The door isn't even locked. Someone must be inside." Elena thought to herself before actually opening the door.
"Ma'am, Earl's already awake." she heard from the inside.
"Earl? I have to call Denver!" she said to herself before shakily trying to call him.
"Wow, you're actually fast." Denver just told her from the line.
