Not all kids are the same
Not all play the game
That we call life in similar ways
I understand that some people have bad days
And some people have trauma they don't want to talk about
To everyone who feels insecure, let me say this out loud, I'll proudly shout
You are unique!
Everything from the way your body looks to the way you speak
Is all created differently from everyone elses' in its own beautiful way
So don't worry about what others say
You're beautiful being your own unique self
Even when others hurt you and bring you down
Don't forget that you're loved by many people, that fact will stop your frown
Look up bravely at those that hurt you and proudly say
"I'm beautiful the way I am, I won't let you describe me any other way,"
Be confident in yourself and everyone in the world will be confident in you
Love yourself, and you'll succeed no matter what you do
Because you are unique
