Even when blood runs down
And many cuts are seen
When tears make me want to collapse
And friends are nowhere to be found
I can just hide it
Maybe if I say I'm okay
It might change for the better
And I'll survive another day
Even when my tears paralyze me
When I can't move due to pain
When I bury my head in my pillow
And no one strokes my hair anymore
I can just hide it
If I force myself to get up and move
I might get used to the excruciating pain
And I can make others smile still
Even when I'm close to dying
And my body is becoming cold
I will still hide all my pain for you
So that you whom I love will not cry
I've just been hiding it
All my life
All my pain
