when the moon covers the sun
all light will disappear, at that time then
light will shine from the truest hearts
and from the hearts of the one you love.
hearing the eclipse prophecy
all youths are excited for the next one
but i feel nothing but contempt
at this world that makes love so important.
nobody has ever loved me like the others
this eclipse will truly shove me into darkness
my heart will feel small in my little dark corner
when people see me crying, they pass me by.
so many people passing by on that day
i sit in a corner alone and drowning in tears
i always said it was okay that i was lonely
so why does it feel like i'm dying?
no lights will ever shine for me
the eclipse will never lift for me
nobody will ever give their love to me
and that's why i hate the eclipse prophecy.
