Is nothing but doubts and pain and hate.

Is nothing but love and smiles and brightness.
People hide things so extraordinarily well
It's a marvel anyone trusts anyone today.
Inside my heart, the one everyone says is sweet
Is dark, sour, ugly thoughts.
Inside your heart, the one everyone says is dark
Are bright, sweet, beautiful thoughts.
If I could have chosen anyone for them to hate
I would have taken every harsh word they had.
If you could have stayed with me instead
If you didn't have to leave after seven years...
If your 'dark' heart could have stayed with me
My 'light' heart would have cried with joy...
Nobody understands you like I did
Nobody understands me like you did.
Our lives weren't meant to be separate
Please return to me as fast as possible.
Our hearts must be together again soon
Please don't stray from my side too long...
