"Saan next mong company, 'te? Sama na lang ako. Ayoko nang maiwan."

We decided to meet each other in a near cafeteria. We're taking our 3rd term of internship but I still don't have company to work. Wala pa akong masyadong nase-search na good company.

I nodded at Carleen's suggestion. She pursed her lips as if thinking of something deep.

"Wala siyang pogi na staff, 'te. Do'n tayo sa may pogi."

Kyla held her chest dramatically. We laughed at her.

The second company's environment she picked is so chaotic. Her co-workers are bossy as if they own the building. Mga taga-print lang naman sa Sales Department. Fortunately, the companies I chose was good. Meron nga lang iba na siga talaga, especially the boys. They are staring at me as if I did something. I tried to ignore those.

Manifesting with shinning shimmering emoji." She crossed her fingers.

She rolled her eyes before checking her phone. "I have to go first. My dad...he's looking for me."

Kyla laughed at her joke. "O siya, pa'no ba 'yan, Callan? Mauuna na rin ako. See you tomorrow. Ingat ka sa biyahe." I smiled at her.

"Likewise."

"Naks naman sa pa-cold reply. Kaya crush na crush kita, 'e." She even gave me a flying kiss before walking out.

I sighed as I looked at my plate. May tira pa do'n pero wala na akong gana kumain. I just left my payment on the table and didn't wait for my change.

Before I forgot, I already moved out from our house. I decided to have my own apartment but for now, I am living with Dillion. Of course, I need to save money.

I can't wait for that time. I smiled at my own thoughts. That's my original dream, after all. I'll pursue that no matter what.

Corny, it is, but this is what I feel.

Love sucks, but I love the way it changes me into a better person.

Dillion is actually not my cup of tea. Not even someone I imagined living with. I want someone who knows how to handle every situation. Someone who's not as possessive as him. Someone who's quieter than him. But he made me love him more than I love myself. More than I love everything.

He made my heart flutter in just one glance, and he made my knees tremble in just one kiss. He formed smile on my lips with his corny lines, and made me laugh with his dead jokes.
