"Hyunjae's a demon, just like me and Juyeon, but with a little twist." Younghoon stated.
Both angels eyes widened, ignoring the parts about Hyunjae, they only heard the revelation that Juyeon was a demon.
"Wait wait wait, Juyeon's what? I thought you were a siren." Kevin questioned, turning to the boy next to him.
Juyeon looked mortified, his face flushed red from embarrassment. He had wanted to keep that side of himself a secret. "Just half, If I told anyone I was part demon, do you think my life would be any easier?"
Kevin bit his lip, knowing the answer would be no. He felt really bad for Juyeon, and demons in general, they were treated the worst out of any creature in the city. It made Kevin want to be closer to Juyeon, he wanted to make him happy.
"We wont tell anyone Juyeon." Chanhee chimed in, to comfort the stressed boy. Juyeon sent him a small smile, allowing Younghoon to continue with his speech.
"Hyunjae's part pooka, meaning this lucky bastard can shape shift. If he transforms into Chanhee, then he can go back with Kevin, and reassure your friends that's you're alright." Younghoon explains.
"What do we do after though? Like my marks are not gonna go away, Hyunjae can't stay at my house for a few days." Chanhee didn't like Younghoon's plan, he didn't want a stranger pretending to be him.
Hyunjae leapt to his feet, he looked at the angel, running his tounge along his upper teeth. "I agree, too risky."
"Oh c'mon, we just need to buy some time. While you're gone, I'm sure we can find something to get rid of Chanhee's marks." Younghoon understood how dangerous this plan was, for everyone involved, but they didn't really have another option.
"And if we can't get rid of them?"
"We'll cross that bridge when we come to it."
The group discussed the plan further, until everyone understood how it would work. With them all agreeing to go forward, Hyunjae left to get ready. Chanhee had given him his clothes from the day prior, to complete the look, and he was actually quite curious to see how the transformation would turn out.
When Hyunjae came back, no one could believe what they were seeing. He looked identical to Chanhee, the body proportions were the same. Even his voice was like Chanhee's, it was incredible.
"I know it's tempting, but try not to fuck me Younghoon." Hyunjae snickered, receiving a head slap from the demon. Chanhee didn't know if he was more upset about the comment, or that he had to watch Younghoon slap 'him'.
"Just get out of here already." Younghoon grunted, shoving Hyunjae towards the door.
Kevin hopped up, saying a quick goodbye to Chanhee, then ran after Hyunjae. Juyeon stayed with the pair, to help find something to remove the demon marks. They could only hope that they find a solution, before anyone discovered Hyunjae's identity.

On the way over, Kevin texted Sangyeon that he found Chanhee, and to meet him at the apartment. He also briefed Hyunjae, on who he was about to meet, telling him the exact ways he needed to act around them. Kevin was great at reading people, so he had Chanhee's mannerisms down to a tee.
As the elevator doors opened, Sangyeon rushed over to his 'boyfriend', pulling him into a hug. Hyunjae hugged him back, holding his hand while they walked to the sofa. He didn't really mind the fake affection, this wasn't the first time he had faked his identity. He'd gotten use to acting like someone else, it felt like a job at this point.
They settled themselves on the sofa, with Kevin following suit. Hyunjae looked around at the apartment, he had never been in a penthouse before, nor somewhere that looked this nice. His eyes glanced at the group, staring from person to person. Yesterday he had never even talked to an angel, so this was kind of an overload for him.
Kevin sat down on the opposite side of a pouty brown haired boy, he assumed that was Changmin, since Kevin ranted about him on the way over. Then the boy holding his hand, was surely Sangyeon, he was just as handsome as Kevin said. But the last boy, he really was something, making the shape shifters heart skip a beat. He couldn't look too long or it would seem suspicious, though if he could, he'd never stop looking.
Hyunjae's thoughts were interrupted by a throat clearing, Sangyeon clutched his hand tightly, beginning to speak. "We've been so worried, where did you go?"
"I just needed some time to myself." Hyunjae replied, as vaguely as he could.
"Well don't disappear again, if you need to be away from your parents, I'll take you somewhere. Just don't run away from me!" Sangyeon spoke like he was really hurt. He felt almost betrayed by Chanhee, that he would care so little about his feelings. He got the inkling that he didn't want to marry him, which broke his heart.
Hyunjae worked hard to suppress his laughter, these angels were very dramatic. He responded with a nod, avoiding eye contact, something Kevin told him to do. He hoped they'd stop asking questions, which happened sooner than he expected. Changmin seemingly had a bone to pick with Kevin, calling him out in front of the group.
"Can I just ask how Kevin's involved with all of this?" He hissed. The boys hadn't spoken since their fight at the restaurant, and were clearly still mad at one another. "First he lies, saying Chanhee at his apartment, then he claims he doesn't know where he this, and then, he miraculously shows up with Chanhee right now. It's suspicious."
"Stop with the conspiracies, I was just being a good friend covering for him. Plus why are you complaining I found him? Did you want him to stay missing?" Kevin huffed, rolling his eyes at the boys statements.
Hyunjae knew this would be interesting, it's kind of why he agreed to do it. Getting to see angel drama first hand, well it was worth the risks.
"Don't put words in my mouth Kevin! I think you're lying to us!" Changmin yelled, jumping up from his seat.
Kevin stood up also, crossing his arms over his chest. "No one cares what you think! You're just bitter because you didn't find him yourself!"
"Okay can we calm down please, this is not the time to fight." Jacob's words were completely ignored, by everyone but Hyunjae. He could swear he melted hearing the angels voice, it's like he fell in love on the spot.
"I saw you leave with that siren, I know there's something more going on!" Changmin yelled. He had witnessed Kevin bumping into Juyeon, he kept his distance, hearing only bits and pieces of the conversation. He knew they were talking about Chanhee.
Sangyeon leaned in closer to Hyunjae, whispering in his ear. "He's not right is he? You weren't with Juyeon." He wanted to keep his 'boyfriend' out of the drama, so he made sure Kevin and Changmin wouldn't hear, not like they would over their yelling.
Hyunjae shook his head, plastering the most innocent look he could muster. Sangyeon planted a kiss on his forehead, assuming 'Chanhee' wouldn't lie to him.
