"So...You're still not speaking to Changmin?"
"What do you think?"
It had been days since the boys argument at Chanhee's apartment, and neither of them wanted anything to do with the other. Especially Kevin, who distanced himself from the group. He was so fed up of the drama, at least if he hung out with Juyeon, he'd actually enjoy himself.
"I'll take that as a no." Juyeon chuckled.
"A big no. He's literally bad mouthing me to anyone who'll listen, and Sangyeon's not helping either. He's still pissed I lied, like can't he just get over it." Kevin tried to ignore the snarky comments, and rude glares, though it was definitely getting to him.
Juyeon threw his arm over the angels shoulder, pulling him closer. "They'll get over it eventually."
"And if they don't?"
"Then you'll just have to stick with that siren kid, I heard a lot of good things about him." Juyeon smirked.
The angel may have rolled his eyes, but he did find the boy quite charming. "Oh like what?"
"Hmm, that he's funny, he's kind, and apparently he's ravishingly handsome."
"Pfft you wish."Kevin playfully nudged Juyeon away.
He folded his arms, continuing to walk down the hallway. Juyeon followed after him, with that signature devilish smile. The days got much brighter, having Juyeon around, it distracted him from everything going on in his friend group. He was fighting with 2/4 of his friends, which wasn't ideal. Plus, Jacob was too sweet, deciding to stay neutral, and Chanhee obviously sided with Sangyeon. He felt mostly alone, so he was thankful to have Juyeon.
"Do you wanna come round mine later?" Juyeon asked.
"Sure, your last lectures at three right? Since my lecture finishes at half two, I'll just wait for you, and we can go together."
"Been checking my schedule, have we? It seems like someones a little obsessed." Juyeon teased, pursing his lips.
A flush of pink spread across the angels cheeks, which he tried to hide by avoiding eye contact. He had checked Juyeon's schedule, because they were friends, and that's what friends do. However, he also wanted to know exactly where Juyeon was, so he could spend as much time with him as possible. "Just be quiet."
Juyeon laughed at the angels cuteness, interlocking their arms as they walked. They passed many students on their way to their lectures, but Juyeon swore he saw something out of the ordinary. Doing a double take, Juyeon's eyes met a light brown haired boy, who really made him question if he was going insane.
"Hyunjae!" Kevin took the words right out of his mouth.
Neither of them could believe it, this kid looked identical to Hyunjae. It couldn't possibly be Hyunjae, this boy was an angel.
"It's Jaehyun now."
"Fuck it really is you. How are you-, you're-, what the hell-" Juyeon couldn't get through his sentence, he was in so much shock. He'd seen Hyunjae transform many times, but never like this.
Hyunjae didn't seem fazed by the jaws hanging in front of him, only flicking his fringe out of his eyes.
"Pick up your jaws, it's not that weird." Hyunjae stated. "Anyway, good thing I bumped into you, I could use your help."
"Um okay, what is it?" Kevin replied. He never thought he'd be this involved with demons, but ever since Juyeon showed up, he really couldn't get away from them.
"Point me in the direction of Jacob."
Juyeon choked on nothing, hearing Hyunjae's command. "Are you kidding me? You're really risking everything for a hook up!"
"Did you say a hook up?"
"Yes a hook up Kevin. I don't you if you angels do things like that." Hyunjae was already over this conversation, he just wanted to get to Jacob, not answer all these questions. "So where's Jacob?"
"He's in a lecture-"
"Which room?"
"402."
"listen Hyunjae-"
Before Juyeon could spare his words of advice, Hyunjae had strolled off down the corridor. He worried for Jacob, Hyunjae was mischievous, ruled completely by his selfishness. If Jacob wasn't careful he could end up in just as much trouble as Chanhee was.
"We need to tell Jacob the truth about him." Kevin said, watching Hyunjae's body disappear from sight.
Juyeon nodded, he wanted to protect his friend, but this was blatantly wrong. He couldn't let him lie to Jacob, for it could ruin the angels life.

Taking the day off school, Chanhee had gone to view his supposed wedding venue with his mother. Only minutes ago had they arrived at the classiest wedding establishment in the whole city, meeting up with a centaur who was taking them on the tour. He knew he had to do it eventually, his mother had gotten the day off work, so here he was, dragging himself through the last place he wanted to be.
They first arrived in a lavish room, with vaulted ceilings, held up by white marble pillars. There was a grand staircase in the middle, and rows of white chairs lined up neatly.
"This is where the pair would be married, right at the top of that staircase." The centaur announced.
"Ooh isn't that lovely darling, all eyes will be on you and Sangyeon."
Chanhee plastered the driest smile on his face, attempting to seem happy about this whole thing. He'd never dreamed about his wedding day, it was always something he knew would just happen. His parents would take control, making sure the day was good for them. This was all for publicity, like his father said, it was a distraction.
They toured the last few important parts of the venue, ending in the dinning area for their reception. It had the remarkably high ceilings that all the rooms had, with hundreds of tables spread across the room, and pretty lantern style lights seemingly floating in the air. It was just as nice as all the other rooms, but that still didn't please the angel.
"It says here, the venue can fit roughly 2,000 guests, is that accurate. We don't want our guests all squished together." Chanhee's mother asked, flipping through the brochure she'd been given.
"That's 2,000 guests with ample room for everyone, no need to worry."
"Okay great." She replied, noting that down in the little book she brought along. "Now we're going to have a lot of camera's and equipment, that'll need a lot of space. I assume that won't be a problem."
"Of course not. We'll do everything we can to accommodate for you, madame secretary."
A scoff slipped from Chanhee's mouth, his parents really did have this city wrapped around their fingers. Even if something wasn't possible, no one would dare to tell them that.
"Alright thank you so much for taking us on this tour, my people will be in contact very soon."
"The pleasure is all mine."
