Changmin had stormed out only moments ago, which didn't bother Hyunjae much. Unfortunately, Jacob had followed the boy out, which annoyed him way more than he'd like to admit. Now he was just awkwardly stuck with Sangyeon and Kevin, making boring small talk, this was no fun at all.

Though it wasn't all bad, that fairy lady had brought them some snack that tasted better than anything he'd ever eaten in his whole life. While stuffing his face, he ignored the muffled yells from the other room, only to be nudged by the boy next to him. Realizing that Chanhee's name was being called, he leapt up, rushing towards the calls, seemingly coming from the kitchen.

The fairy, immediately pushed Hyunjae against the wall, intensely staring at the boys every feature. He had no clue what was going on, was this a normal thing for Chanhee? The woman loosened her grip, scrunched her nose, then let go of Hyunjae completely. She paced around the kitchen, mumbling things to herself.

"What have you done with Chanhee?" She questioned, her voice trembling from anger.

Hyunjae started to sweat, he had never been caught before, he didn't know what he'd do if he got caught. He just stayed silent, rather than saying something stupid.

"Tell me where the fuck he is now!" She screamed, slamming her fists onto the counter. Hyunjae's mouth hung open, he didn't think fairies could act like that.

Footsteps trailed down the hall way to the kitchen, revealing Kevin panting at the door. He had heard Eunji's scream from the living room, relieved that Sangyeon had to take a call outside. If he had heard it, they'd be in deep trouble.

"Eunji what's wrong?" Kevin gulped. He knew she had figured it out, but he had to keep denying it.

"Nothing Kevin, you should leave. I have something to discuss with Chanhee."

This was a shocking reply, Eunji was trying to hide the truth from Kevin. He thought she'd surely demand to call the police, or something along those lines. He started to think that she had things to hide also, making Kevin trust her more. He couldn't leave, not now.

"I know, you know, he's not Chanhee, please let me explain." Kevin spoke calmly, afraid of the fairies rising temper.

Eunji looked more furious than ever, her eyes bulging, her breath heavy. "Just tell me where he is."

A couple hours had passed, but the boys still hadn't found any solutions to their problem. There was stuff made to dull demon marks, though it still would take days for them to disappear. Chanhee felt pretty hopeless, not knowing how he'd be able to get away with what he did. On top of that, he still hadn't heard from Kevin or Hyunjae, which built onto his nerves.

Younghoon had left with Juyeon, about 20 minutes ago, not giving up their search. Chanhee cuddled himself up on the sofa, tucked under a blanket, just thinking about what could happen to him. His parents would most likely disown him, and he'd have no where to go. He barely knew Younghoon, he couldn't expect him to take him in. His friends wouldn't be allowed to speak to him, so he'd lose them too. Things were looking pretty bleak.

Chanhee flinched, hearing loud banging coming from the door. He snapped out of his thoughts, making his way to the door. He hesitated opening it, because Younghoon had told him not to, but he felt this strange energy, that compelled him to open the door.

Standing in front of him, was Eunji, alongside Kevin and Hyunjae, who had turned back to his normal form. Chanhee sighed, feeling a mix of relief and fear. It was good to see Eunji, though she looked extremely angry.

Eunji slammed the door behind her, now fully in the apartment with the boys. Chanhee could tell she was disappointed in him, staring at the marks adoring his skin.

"I guess promises mean nothing to you." She stated, sadness lacing her voice.

The angels head lowered, eyes glued to the floor. He knew he had gone behind Eunji's back, breaking his word, which he felt really bad about.

"So is Kevin's the only one speaking today? Has everyone lost their voices?!" The fairy was barely holding herself together, she never screamed like this, it was completely against her character.

"I-I'm sorry." Chanhee muttered. The tears had started to pour down his cheeks, facing the consequences of his actions.

Eunji let out an exaggerated sigh, pinching the gap between her eyebrows. She threw her arms to the side, marching over to Chanhee. She engulfed him in a soothing hug, letting the boy weep into the crook of her neck.

Stroking the boys head, she seemed to stop shaking now the boy was in her arms. "I want you to be safe Chanhee, this isn't being safe."

"I know, I'm really sorry." Chanhee cried. He couldn't describe how awful he felt, reality was finally hitting him.

"Let me look at you." Eunji pushed the boy away, taking a good look at the damage. She found herself chuckling, a demon was the least ideal match for Chanhee, of course he'd go for one of them. "You really had fun I see, I hope you used protection."

The angel blushed, mouthing a 'stop' to Eunji. He could hear Kevin and Hyunjae laughing in the background, only making him more embarrassed.

"I'm only saying this because it can never happen again. It shouldn't have happened even once, let alone two times. I sure hope it was worth it." She joked, pulling Chanhee in for another hug.

"The stress is really getting to me, I keep making bad decisions." He acknowledge that what he did was stupid, but he definitely didn't regret it. He had never felt so good in his life, he couldn't deny that his desire for Younghoon was only growing.

"You need to get yourself under control. If you keep going on like this, you're bound to get caught." Eunji disconnected the hug once again, this time gesturing for Hyunjae to bring over her bag. She rustled through her stuff, stopping when she found a small grey capsule. "I don't get paid enough for this."

Cocking his head, Chanhee watched the fairy unscrew the container. It was full of clear jellified liquid. "What is that?" he asked.

"It will mask the marks, creating a false layer of skin." She answered, applying a thick coating to Chanhee's neck.

"How can you get stuff like that?" Kevin had come over now, seeing the immediate results.

Eunji wasn't sure if she should answer that, the truth could lose her, her job. Yet, they had come this far, if even one person snitched on them, they'd all be affected by the consequences. "I have an angel friend, who's been married to a demon for 5 years. When Chanhee came home the first time, I contacted her, and she pointed me in the right direction. There's a store in the next city, that sells things to hide demon marks. This was out of stock the first time I went, but I ended up going back, assuming that you'd get yourself in trouble again."

"Wait so angels can be with demons? I know it's not illegal, I just didn't think it was possible." Hyunjae commented.

"It's frowned upon, definitely, but not impossible. For someone like Chanhee though, it would never be allowed. Not for him, not for Kevin, not for anyone high value."

Eunji's words struck something in the angels. 'High value', what did that mean? They were worth more than others, to the extent that they couldn't be with a demon. Everyday they learnt something new about the world they lived in, and they were starting to wonder if it wasn't as perfect as they thought.
