When Lisa returned to Hibiscus Garden, Jennie was already asleep.

Ah Fu prepared Lisa's bath water while quietly reporting the events of the night.

"Young Mistress has been very obedient. She ate a lot, and finished the food that you provided and burped!"

Lisa listened as the kindhearted and naive young girl slowly spoke. When he imagined Jennie patting her little belly and burping in satisfaction, he could not help to laugh!

"After she had finished eating, Young Mistress went to the small tea room to make tea. Fifth Miss came over and chatted with her till late. Young Mistress initially wanted her to stay for the night but Third Master called and explained that Fifth Miss need to attend a medical consultation at the military hospital early in the morning. He was concerned that her early morning departure would disturb Young Mistress' sleep, thus he asked her to return!"

When Lisa heard that Yeji came over, he thought of how Jennie's spirits would be lifted. He was worried that the both of them had not chatted enough, so he instructed Ah Fu and said, "Prepare more food tomorrow evening and go to Tranquility Mansion to invite Fifth Miss over for dinner!"

The Manoban Family Mansion spanned across thousands of acres of land. The innermost and center mansion that was far and remote from the others was Upper Mansion where Old Mistress Manoban resided.

The three smaller mansions in front were Longevity Mansion, Peace Mansion, and Tranquility Mansion respectively. The three siblings of the Manoban Family resided here respectively.

Each of the three mansions had their own main gate and guards. They may be small mansions in name but were only small in comparison to Upper Mansion. In reality, they were three independent villas with gardens.

Longevity Mansion was empty after Dong-wook passed away. Worried that Lisa would yearn for the owner when he saw the house, Old Mistress had that mansion sealed and got Lisa to move into Hibiscus Garden once he was an adult. His new abode was close to her and they could even see each other from their separate buildings.

Since Yeji had yet to marry, she had always been staying with her parents in Tranquility Mansion.

Minho and his wife were engrossed in the art of healing, influencing their two children to take up medical professions as well.

As National Day would be happening the day after tomorrow, the military was given leave. However, Third Uncle's household did not celebrate this holiday because the hospital was always on standby for various matters that required their attention. Lisa thought of taking this opportunity to ask Yeji over to give her a chance to catch her breath!

After Lisa showered, he got into bed and saw a little protruding bundle from the blankets. Jennie had wrapped herself in the blankets and was breathing evenly.

Seeing the little bundling figure, Lisa secretly swore in his heart that this woman was truly too frail and needed to be continually nourished by a great deal!

Lisa embraced her from behind and took in the faint scent of floral soap on her. His initially anxious heart gradually calmed down.

Jennie was sound asleep and felt a warmth coming from her back, she groggily mumbled, "Brother Lisa, stop it..."

Lisa was stunned because he thought he would never hear her call him 'Brother Lisa' again...

Even though she was just sleep-talking, it was enough to make Lisa very emotional!

That night, Lisa had the most peaceful sleep in 14 years.

Early morning the next day, sunlight cascaded inside past the window screen and blanketed the balcony before scattering over the body of the woman who was still fast asleep.

Jennie opened her eyes and suddenly felt her back was warm. She frantically turned over and faced straight into the man's misty and seductive eyes.

His Adam's apple bobbed up and down before Lisa used his warm lips to greet her!

He initially only wanted to tease her but soon realized that he was not able to control himself once he started kissing!

Their kiss burned like a raging fire. When she felt his engorged member rubbing against her underbelly, Jennie exerted all of her energy to push away the man on top of her whose breathing was gradually getting heavier!

Men who had just risen in the morning were the most dangerous!

Jennie calmed her breathing but was still afraid that the man would go crazy and take things further. She stared at him with her big watery eyes and stuttered, "You... When did you... When did you return last night?"

"I held you the entire night while you slept! You slept really well! Was it because you felt particularly warm and secure with me beside you?"

Lisa's voice was still hoarse from just now and was abnormally husky and deep. Jennie was reminded of the previous night when they were both together and he interrogated her asking, "Little Nini, do you like me like this..."
