Taecyeon was not aware that Jennie's nightmare saved his life!

Jennie pestered Lisa and stopped him from asking about

the hickey on her neck.

Lisa could tell that Jennie deliberately tried to avoid this

topic. Since their relationship was fragile as if walking on thin ice, he

would not ask if she did not want to talk about it.

Everything else was nothing compared to Jennie!

Lisa did not know when did he start behaving this way, but he

took Kai's words into his heart.

Kai was right, the thing that both of them lacked the most was

trust.

If she trusted him, she would have told him and there was no need for

him to investigate the matter.

Nonetheless, even when Jennie was acting like a spoiled child in

front of him, Lisa felt as though he never reached deep into her

heart.

It was the first time that Lisa felt so helpless facing Jennie.

He only had one thought right now. If he could not do things

forcefully, then he would spoil her just like before. After all, a spoiled

woman would be much better than an abused woman, right?

The business trip that Taecyeon went was just an excuse. In reality, he

saw that Lisa had returned and he was feeling anxious. Since Jennie had evidence in her hands, if she were to change her mind

and tell Lisa about his crimes, he would be dead without a

doubt! Thus, he found an excuse and escaped somewhere else!

However, more than a week had passed and the Manoban Family was still

very peaceful. Only then did Taecyeon dared to sneak back into the

Peace Mansion after a few days of hiding. He behaved himself and

nothing happened for a few days.

After such an incident, Jennie's personality became even colder.

Sometimes, she would spend a few hours sitting at the balcony and

stared blankly out the window.

Lisa watched her day after day and he was getting very worried!

Since it was nearing Chinese New Year, Yeji was no longer as

busy as she used to be. Lisa knew that Yeji was probably

the only one in the Manoban Family who could walk into that woman's

heart. Therefore, he sent Yeji to accompany her.

Yeji alone was equivalent to ten people. After she arrived at

Hibiscus Garden, the house started getting lively and the two of them seemed to have a never-ending conversation.

As Chinese New Year approached, half of the workers in the mansion

were away and the huge Manoban Family Mansion seemed very quiet. Yeji felt that Jennie was feeling sick from being suffocated.

Her brother treated a beauty like her as though a pet in a cage. No

matter how patient Jennie was, she would eventually be sick

from boredom.

"I'll bring you out for some fresh air!" When the weekend approached, Yeji dragged Jennie out without saying much.

Jennie did not know what Yeji was trying to do. Anyhow,

she did not have any idea about having fun, so she allowed Yeji

to do as she wished.

Yeji drove the car to the city and the two of them activated their

shopping mode. After all, her brother would be the one footing the bill,

so there was no reason to not shop.

Yeji dressed Jennie up from top to bottom.

Jennie had always been a natural beauty and different styles of

clothing looked good on her. If she were to put in more effort into dressing up, she would definitely look more beautiful.

Yeji's eyes opened wide from astonishment each time Jennie tried on different sets of clothing. Even the shopkeepers

wanted to take pictures of her and share it on their social media so

that she could model for them for free.

Yeji looked at how beautiful Jennie was and looked at the

flats and jeans that she wore. Instantly, she felt as though she was born

in the wrong body.

"I should do a DNA test to check whether if I'm a man."

This was the first time in a long time that Jennie laughed so

happily seeing Yeji's charming yet dejected little face, "Bring me a dozen of such a beautiful man!"

Jennie also had a naughty side.

The two beautiful and confident women had already attracted many

people's attention unintentionally....
