Lisa sat on the sofa and looked at Liu Hui in anger. The was a

dangerous aura in his cold dark eyes! The cold aura made him seem as though he was a completely different person compared to when he

was comforting the woman upstairs.

Liu Hui felt as though he had sold his life for money while doing this

job. One needed to be really courageous to serve the Third Young

Master.

Since Butler Fu was sick, Liu Hui became the acting butler for a few

days. Moreover, Liu Hui had always been in charge of the Manoban Family

Mansion's security. So how the surveillance camera was broken on the

day that something happened to Jennie.

"Where did the Eldest Young Master go?"

Lisa suddenly asked coldly.

Liu Hui was flustered, but he tried to remain calm and answered

respectfully, "Eldest Young Master went out early in the morning

yesterday. From what I heard from Peace Mansion, he went for a

business trip!"

"Did he wander around Hibiscus Garden in the past two days?"

The oppressive aura from Lisa's noble status caused his tone to

have an overpowering force!

Liu Hui did not know why did the Third Young Master ask about this,

but he knew in his heart that this was a tough question to answer.

If he were to say yes, the Third Young Master might go against the

Eldest Young Master. If that happened, he will have a hard time with

the Eldest Young Master.

If he were to say no, in reality, he did saw the Eldest Young Master

coming to Hibiscus Garden at night when he was on duty. The Eldest

Young Master even ordered him to inform the other helpers to not

walk around casually...

Since a mere helper would not dare to question their Master, he dared

not say much at that time. However, he did not think that the Third

Young Master would call for him today to ask him about this.

Liu Hui was not sure why did the Third Young Master want to look at

the surveillance videos all of a sudden. Even so, he knew that he was in

a tight spot with two inevitable situations right in front of him.

He was so done for! He would get into trouble no matter what!

Liu Hui knew in his heart that he would soon be fired!

"Lisa..."

The woman's voice was overly gentle and soft. If he was not sensitive

to her voice, he would most probably miss it.

The three of them in the living room raised their heads at the same

time and looked towards the source of the voice.

They saw the pale look on the woman's face. She stood at the bottom

of the stairs in her pajamas barefoot. Her extremely frail body looked

as though she might faint anytime. Lisa quickly got out of the

sofa.

Her pajamas was slightly loose and flowy, making her look like she

would be blown away by the wind.

Lisa strode over to her quickly and put his hands around Jennie's waist. Then, he scolded softly, "Why did you walk out of the room in such thin clothing?" "Don't you know that you just recovered?"

His scolding caused her eyes to turn red. Jennie was like a child

who was sleep-walking as she leaned her body against him. She puckered her lips and pleaded softly, "I'm scared, I want you to sleep

with me..."

"What happened?" "You had a nightmare?"

Lisa saw the look on her face, it was as if she had just woken up

from a bad dream!

Jennie nodded heavily.

"Be good, there's a little more left to discuss here. Go back upstairs

first and I'll be right there, okay?"

Lisa turned around and stared at Liu Hui. Liu Hui secretly

prayed in his heart that the Third Young Master would forget about

the topic they were having.

"I don't care, I want you to sleep with me now..."

Jennie acted like a spoiled child once again. She puckered her

lips and started sniffling softly.

The woman's teary eyes made her looked extremely adorable and Lisa's heart melted in an instant.

Despite how fiercely Lisa used to treat her, she still hoped to

find comfort from him.

He surrendered, "Okay!" "Don't be scared, I'll sleep with you!"

He carried her without any hesitation and walked towards the

bedroom.

Liu Hui stood still in the living room and looked towards Ah Fu. He

suddenly let out a huge sigh as if he was saved and almost collapsed on

the floor...

This was her first time dreaming about Somi in the past three

years. She saw Somi smiling at her while raising a bloody fetus in

her hand. Her ghostly voice echoed in her ears, "Jennie, look,

this is Lisa's child!"
"Don't you remember? You killed him with

your own hands."

Jennie was petrified. She lowered her head and saw both of her

hands covered in fresh blood, "I didn't kill anyone... I didn't...."
