Two days had passed, before Sam and Daria had agreed it was time to tell Nymphadora and the pack about the baby. Daria had yet to tell her family, but she wanted to wait until it was noticable, and when she had time to talk to them without anything getting in the way. Daria was excited to see how her family reacted to a new baby, even if she and Sam weren't married.
"Call the pack. We'll tell them over lunch. I want to tell Dora alone, just in case she doesn't take the news well." Daria said, causing Sam to nod.
After getting dressed, Sam went downstairs and told Jared he needed the entire pack to be at the pack house at lunch time. Jared agreed, and he seemed excited to find out the news Sam was going to tell the pack. Once Jared was gone, Sam and Daria brought Nymphadora into the living room. Sitting down on the couch, Nymphadora was placed between them. She looked between her two parents, wondering what they wanted her to know.
"So, you know Mommy and Daddy are getting married, right?" Daria began, causing Nymphadora to nod.
Mia had explained marriage to Nymphadora in the easiest way possible, and Nymphadora seemed to understand one Mia had used the king and queen analogy.
"How would you feel about having a baby brother or sister?" Sam asked, looking down at Nymphadora with nervous eyes.
"Baby?" Nymphadora asked, pointing towards her baby doll that laid in front of her toy box in the living room.
"Yes, sort of like your baby doll. So, would you like a baby brother or sister?" Daria asked, making Nymphadora nodded quickly.
"Yes! Yes!" Nymphadora exclaimed, jumping up and down excitedly.
Nymphadora stood to her feet on the couch and tried to jump into her mother's lap with excitement, but her father quickly caught her, bringing her into his chest while she giggled.
"You have to be careful with Mommy's belly, Dora. The baby is in there." Sam said, causing Nymphadora's eyes to go wide.
"In Mommy's tummy?" She murmured, before looking down at her mother's belly.
"The baby is really tiny right now, but soon it'll be bigger and you'll be able to tell that there's a baby in my belly." Daria commented, as Nymphadora smiled.
Sam and Daria's faces held concern when they seen tears forming in Nymphadora's eyes as her lip quivered.
"Oh no, what's wrong?" Daria asked, watching her daughter wipe away her tears.
"I'm so happy, Mommy." She replied, causing Daria and Sam to laugh lightly.
Sam pulled Nymphadora into another hug, laughing as he swayed her lightly. He wiped the tears away from her eyes with a smile on his face, before kissing her forehead. About an hour later, Daria had to start making lunch. Daria had decided to make grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup, which was her and Nymphadora's favorite. By the time lunch was ready, all of the pack were sitting around the table or sitting at the bar. Sam had built a bar once the pack had gotten a little too big to fit at the table all at once. Most of the time the entire pack wasn't in the house at once, but for now they were, so the bar was perfect.
"So, what news did we need to hear?" Paul asked, breaking the silence in the pack house.
"Well, first, she said yes." Sam announced, letting the entire pack know he and Daria were engaged.
The pack cheered, congratulating the couple for their new engagement.
"Dora, would you like to tell them?" Daria asked, looking over at her daughter.
Nymphadora nodded excitedly, a grin plastered on her face.
"Mommy has a baby in her belly!" Nymphadora exclaimed, so excited that her words were barely intelligible, but the pack understood.
"Are you for real?" Jared asked, and Daria nodded.
The pack cheered once again, each of them going around giving Daria, Nymphadora, and Sam a hug. They gave Nymphadora a hug since she was going to be a big sister, and they didn't want her to feel left out in the excitement over the baby.
"If it's a boy, you could definitely name him Paul." Paul commented, causing Sam to roll his eyes.
"Absolutely not going to happen." Sam replied, making Paul scoff.
"Who are you going to make the baby's godparents?" Embry asked, and Daria looked over at him.
"I'm not sure, but I also need to give Dora godparents. I was thinking Aunt Mia and Uncle Brian could be Dora's godparents, and I'm going to let Sam pick this baby's godparents." Daria explained, as the others nodded.
"I trust all of you, but I think it'd be too hard to choose one of you right now. I will let you guys know who I choose when the baby's born." Sam said, causing the others to groan.
The pack looked between each other, making a silent agreement that they'd do everything they could to be choosen by Sam. They were all going to be a bit competitive, but they wouldn't let it interfere with their pack duties. Daria made a mental note to call her aunt to tell her that she and Brian were Nymphadora's godparents, before she told the whole family about her pregnancy.
"There isn't any other girls besides Leah in the pack, and I don't know if she'd like to be a godmother to your baby." Jacob commented, causing Leah to scowl at him.
"Shut up, Jacob. They can choose anyone they want," She scolded, before looking over to the couple,"I do have to say, you'd probably have better luck choosing someone from Darling's family. I don't exactly have maternal instincts or anything, so I would rather you didn't choose me, unless you absolutely wanted to, but I'd rather you didn't." Leah said, causing the couple to nod.
Sam and Daria understood what Leah was trying to say. Leah didn't plan on having children, so caring for others children wasn't part of her forte. She was great at helping with Nymphadora, but she doubted she could do much more than a few hours with a child at a time...

A/N: I hope you guys liked this chapter. So, it's been quite a while since the last time I updated. I will try to have a new chapter up soon, but I am currently working on a few new stories. This story will probably have around ninety or a hundred chapters. I will try to make it one hundred, but I'm not going to promise until it happens.
