Daria, better known as Darling Toretto, didn't have an amazing life. Yes, she had amazing parents, Letty and Dom Toretto, but they weren't always able to be there when she needed them. So, at the age of sixteen, she decided to get her aunt, Mia, to...
Daria had officially been dropping Nymphadora off at Sue's for a week now. Each time she dropped her daughter off, Sue would tell her everyone that would come in contact with the house or the family before she left for work. Daria felt very indebted to Sue, and was glad the woman had been so kind to her. Over the week, Daria had seen Sam at the diner at least twice. She could barely keep her eyes off of him, but she couldn't make herself look that creepy. He was Leah's fiance for what Daria knew, so she didn't want to seem like or creep or even that desperate.
Sam had gone to the diner twice, since he couldn't keep himself away. He was trying to force himself to forget about her, but there was no way for him to do so. His heart was practically aching for her, as was his wolf, but he couldn't admit it to anyone, not even himself. He still hated himself for imprinting on anyone but Leah, though he had to admit that once he had shifted and seen Leah again, he knew she wasn't going to be with him in the end, he just didn't want to admit it to himself. He didn't want to accept the truth about his future.
Today Daria had decided to look a bit nice at work, seeing as though she didn't have Nymphadora to care for while she was working anymore. Since Sue had been caring for Nymphadora while Daria worked, Daria seemed to not be as worn out and tired as she had been since she became pregnant with Nymphadora. She loved Nymphadora with her whole heart, but she was honestly very tired. At least she had a bit of time to have a break, even if that break was being at work without her daughter.

Even though Daria no longer lived with her family, her idea of dressing nicer than normal, was wearing a pair of jeans she felt made her look great, and one of her very few pairs of ankle boots. She still wore jeans, never changing to dresses or skirts. The only time anyone caught her in one was when she was pregnant, even then she was very pregnant before she finally gave in and wore a dress.
Sam had decided to stop by the diner today, since he had needed a break from his constant bickering with Leah. The bickering had only progressed since Sam had imprinted on Daria. When Sam walked into the diner and seen Daria, he thought she looked absolutely beautiful. Her hair was in messy beach waves, and she wore very little makeup. He thought she was perfect, even if she didn't try too hard to make herself look perfect to everyone else. He hated himself for thinking any other girl was beautiful besides Leah, but he couldn't help but believe his imprint was perfect.
Sam felt the yearning in his heart to talk to Daria. He wanted to interact with her again. He wanted to interact with her daughter and get Daria to fall for him, but he couldn't. He had to stay faithful to Leah, no matter how hard it was on him and his wolf. He had to keep things as they always were, until he couldn't stand to be away from Daria anymore. Hell, it was hard for him to stay away from Nymphadora as well. Maybe it was because she was someone special to Daria, though he wondered if it was because he took an almost fatherly stance with Nymphadora as soon as he had imprinted on Daria.
He wanted to talk to the elders and ask what they knew, but he knew talking to the elders meant talking to Harry Clearwater, something he dreaded more than life itself. He was scared that Harry would hate him for imprinting on someone other than Leah, but he also knew that Harry would understand, seeing as imprinting was involuntary.
Seeing Daria make her way over to him, Sam could quite possibly describe his feelings as nervous and excited. He felt his palms become sweaty, his heart begin to race, and butterflies form in his stomach. He had to push the feelings away though, knowing good and well that he couldn't act upon any feelings towards Daria, especially since he was still with Leah. Besides, he doubted Daria would let him do so, knowing he was with Leah, since Sue was taking care of Nymphadora.
"Hello, Sam. How are you?" Daria asked, her voice coming out so heavenly to his ears.
"Hey, Darling. I'm alright. What about you and Nymphadora?" He asked, watching the sparkle in her eye shine when he mentioned her daughter's name.
"We're doing amazing. She's really close to saying her first word now. I just know it." Daria praised, and Sam smiled.
"That's great! I hope it's today." He replied, and she nodded excitedly.
Sam could listen to Daria speak about Nymphadora all day. The way she praised her daughter, the way her eyes lit up when her daughter was spoken of, it just made Sam's heart flutter. He knew Daria loved her daughter, which made him feel warm inside. The love the two shared almost made Sam feel envious, but he knew he wouldn't have grown up the same if he had someone as amazing as her as a parent.
Sam almost wanted to "visit Leah" later to see Nymphadora. Though he had only seen her once, the baby had grown close to his heart, most likely because of his imprint on her mother. To see the girl that brought his imprint so much joy, it would make him very happy, but he didn't want to chance seeing Leah. He and Leah had argued enough today--enough for the next century--but he knew there was more to come between himself and his fiance. Sam wondered how much longer he could deal with the fighting and ignoring each other. He wondered how much more he could take before he called it quits...

A/N: I hope you liked this chapter. I spent over two hours looking for an outfit for Daria, only to decide on this one, which seems to be so basic. I realized that Daria was more of a simple girl, but also I wanted to have her dress with more of the F&F attire and not the dresses and fancy clothing you'd see in other stories.
