Fallon
Three months later.

"Baby it's been three months. You can't keep avoiding them. They don't like it." I chuckled.
"I'm not avoiding them. I'm just not interested in being grilled babe." He said shrugging as he straightened up his suit. He was having a photo shoot for the NBA Draft and I did have to admit he looked very dapper.

"I'm just saying you look so cute, and I already have to meet them for lunch

"I'm just saying you look so cute, and I already have to meet them for lunch. You could just come with me babe." I said crossing my arms.
"Baby if you don't mind us being late, I don't care. That's fine by me." He said.
"Great I'll text them now." I said excitedly.
"Alright Josiah, give us a smile." The photographer said as I walked away.

Going to take a seat near the shoot, I waited on Josiah who occasionally looked at me and gave me a smirk. I had no complaints. These past few months had been amazing. I still had my apartment, my job and my own space to go to when I didn't want to be occupied with my relationship. But when I did want to be occupied he either came to Houston or I came to Austin. Deciding to be with him felt right. I hadn't seen or heard from Rylan in these few months, and I didn't have a complaint about it. Rashad and Landon occasionally hit me up, but I never responded out of respect for Josiah. Amari was blocked, and hopefully still alive because I hadn't heard from him lately. Nala gave birth to my nephew Jace earlier this month. We would be celebrating his first thanksgiving as a family in just a few short weeks.
"You ready?" Josiah asked snapping me out my thoughts.
"Yeah." I said as he helped me from my seat and we left the building.
"You seemed to be deep in thought over there. What's on your mind?" He asked opening the car door for me. Getting in I waited until he got in to start speaking.
"Just how amazing these past few months have been." I said. Leaning over he kissed me.
"Where am I headed?" He asked.
"Thai cafe." I said. And he nodded.
"But yeah I agree, this has been better than I expected but you know what would make it better?" He asked as his hand ran up my thigh. Stopping it, I gave him a look.
"Yes baby I know but I don't want our entire relationship to revolve around sex." I said.
"It doesn't. It won't." He said.
"We can talk about it later." I suggested and he nodded letting a comfortable silence fall over us.

Pulling up, we headed inside.
I knitted my eyebrows together at the people aside from my friends.
