Fallon
The next day."Where you headed?" He asked from the couch as I grabbed my keys.
"To lunch." I said lowly.
After our argument last night we slept in separate beds. And hadn't spoken since then. I hated that we were like this but it felt like the best way to handle situations with us.
"With who?" He asked.
"Sevyn and Isabella." I said.
"I really don't like you kicking with Bella. That's too close for comfort for me." He said giving his attention back to the game he was playing.
"Why is that?" I asked with raised eyebrows.
"We work together. I don't want my work mixing with my home life." He said. Picking up his sniper duffle I set it next to him on the couch.
"This bag says otherwise." I argued.
"Yo why you gotta fight me on everything?" He asked pausing the game. Standing to his feet he walked around the couch standing in front of me. His 6'5 frame towering over my small 5'3 one.
But I said nothing just looked up at him. Some how he'd make that a problem too.
"Hm? Why do you always got something slick to say? Where you want me to put the bag Fallon?" He asked.
"I don't care, just get it the fuck out of our house." I said turning to walk away but he grabbed me back holding me by my arm.
"Let me run this by you. I live for you Fallon. You are my everything. And I'll literally lay down and die for you, and you know that. But if you keep talking to me out the side of your neck I promise you're going to see a side of me that you ain't gone like. I'm your man not your lil homeboy Jon. Have some respect." He said as his jaw clinched. I nodded not wanting to say anything else.
"I love you." He said looking me in the eyes taking me by the chin he kissed me deeply, using both of his hands to caress the sides of my face as he kissed me. I was literally melting in his hands as we speak. Pulling away he looked at me waiting for a response.
"I love you too."
"Now go head to your lil lunch date, we'll talk about this now found friendship when you get home." He said. Nodding I headed out the front door with him hot on my heels like he always did. Opening the front door for me, he stepped out first checking our surroundings like he always did before letting me out. That's one thing I loved about him, is his sense of protection. And I knew when it was time for us to have kids he would lock us in the house forever, and I was fine with that.Getting in my car I headed towards the restaurant he almost made me late.

Getting out of my car I smiled.
