Rylan
Two weeks later."I don't understand how everything is in his name. When this connection settles in the states he's going to be the only one to reap the benefits of the income." Rico said looking over papers.
"It's his empire, what's the problem? I don't want my name on shit. I got my own shit, I don't want my name attached to Fabian's shit too." I said passing him the blunt.
"Nah this shit greedy if you ask me, and I don't like how this nigga moving." Rico said irritated taking a pull from the blunt. "It's okay because when he touch down from Dallas, I'm on that ass."
Coming into the office Isabella looked between us.
"What y'all doing?" She asked coming in and taking a seat."Nothing." I said harshly.
"Can y'all squash this beef? That was months ago." Rico said looking between us.
"Fuck no. And fuck her." I said as he passed me the blunt back.
"You keep saying fuck everybody and you gone end up with nobody." She snapped at me.
"What's that suppose to mean to me? If y'all can't be loyal to me then it is fuck you." I said.
"Rylan neither of us were disloyal to you." She argued.
"Man I ain't interested in having this conversation with you." I said fanning her off.
"You're not interested because you know you're wrong. I told you that he was in Houston, I was the one who told you he had a hit on your head, and I'm the one who went undercover just to get details to keep you safe. But it's fuck me?" She asked her accent dripping.
"Yeah cus all while you was playing informant, you failed to mention that my fucking fiancé was with the nigga when you saw him!" I yelled.
"She wasn't with him! He approached her as we were leaving, I didn't know anything about a dinner date because I left immediately after I saw him and came to report it to y'all! I even texted her and told her to stay away from him but she keeps her phone on do not disturb you know that. But you were too angry and stupid to see that! And you threw your whole engagement away because she didn't know, and now you're angry with us because you realize you fucked up!" She yelled before storming out the room.Looking at Rico he blew smoke out of his mouth shaking his head.
"What nigga?" I asked him.
"She's telling the truth man. You fucked up this time."
"How? I saw her sitting with this nigga with my own eyes. You gone tell me I didn't see what I thought?" I asked.
"Nah you saw her. But you know Fallon better than that. You didn't even give her the opportunity to explain why she was there. I could understand why you would be upset if she knew he had a hit on you but remember you didn't want her to know." He reminded. And he had a point but I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I really had ruined my relationship on my own. I was getting by for the past two months by blaming her.
"Fuck." I said lowly. It was finally settling in. I was so angry that I couldn't be bothered with hearing her out.
"You threw her engagement ring in the woods like a mad man. Then said fuck her. Yeah fuck is right." He said chuckling high as a kite.
"I replaced the engagement ring." I said more to myself than anything.
"So what? You think she gone accept another one from you after how you handled that situation? Good luck. I almost couldn't convince Sevyn to have this baby after how I acted the last time, so maybe there is hope for you." He said."I gotta go holla at Fallon. I'll get at you later." I said dapping him before standing to my feet. Leaving the office I walked through the trap. Bella was looking over the workers making sure they were handling business. Pulling her to the side she looked at me crossing her arms.
"I apologize. You were right. I've been looking for someone to blame for what I did out of anger, and you were the easiest along with Fallon. But you're right this is on me, and I shouldn't have handled you like that. So for that I'm sorry." I said genuinely.
"Good now go tell Fallon that." She said smiling. And I nodded heading out the door.My mind was racing. Even if she didn't take me back, I just wanted her to know I was sorry and I realized I had fucked up.

Pulling up to the house. I put the car in park rushing into the house. But I stopped immediately seeing a trail of blood on the floor. Pulling my gun off my waistband I said nothing and grew quiet as a mouse as I moved swiftly but quietly through the house. Anticipation was building as I followed the blood up the staircase.
Reaching our bedroom, Fallon was no where in site. But the blood trail hadn't stopped, I followed it in the bathroom. Where I found Fallon sitting in a pool of blood. Putting my gun down I kneeled down to her.
"I think it's the baby." She cried softly.
"Shit baby. Come on we gotta go to hospital." I said lifting her in my arms. She wept softly against my chest as I carried her through the house.
