Y/N is a bartender at Lola's Roadhouse. One of her best customer's is Frank Castle, nicknamed The Punisher. Frank comes in frequently & constantly flirts with Y/N. One night he strolls in & walks over to the bar.

"Hey", he says getting her attention. "Hey. The usual?" "Nah. Just get me a beer. Heineken." She grabs the beer, pops the cap off then passes it to him. "Thanks." "You're welcome. How's everything?", she asks. "It's alright. How's work been going?" "Busy."
A male patron catches her attention. She turns her head & then turns back to Frank. "Duty calls. Let me know if you need anything." "Will do", he replies. She walks away & takes the customer's order then serves him his drink. Frank signals for her & she walks right over. "Need another?" "No, not yet."
She leans her hands on the counter. "So, why'd you call me over here then?", she jokes. "When are you going to let me take you out to dinner", he asks. She chuckles. "You know I don't date my patrons." "Oh come on. You never know, we might have fun." "I'm not disputing that. I'm just saying it's bad for business." "I'm not going to give up. You know that right?"
"I am definitely aware. You've asked me out several times now in the past seven months." "And yet you still turn me down", he states. "God, you're so persistent." "What can I say? When I see something I like, I don't stop till I get it."

She bites her lip as she contemplates. "I'll be right back", she says. She cleans off some of the empty tables then continues her conversation with Frank. As it gets closer to closing time, nearly all of the patrons leave. Y/N cleans up the rest of the tables when a very drunk man comes up behind her & grabs her ass. "What the hell?!", she says turning around to face him. "Damn girl. I wanna be all up in that", he comments.
She rolls her eyes & walks away. He follows her behind the bar, trying to grope her again. She shoves him away & shouts, "get the fuck away from me." She's about to pull out her gun from her purse when Frank comes charging in from the bathroom, making his way over. He grabs the drunk man, punches him then tosses him across the floor. "Shit. Frank!" Y/N follows behind them as the drunk man crawls into the men's bathroom. Frank is tailing right behind him.
