It was already dark when you finally mustered the strength to get up. Winter was coming quickly, as the days got shorter and shorter. You raised your body, focusing every cell in your body on one task. Do not throw up. The ringing is your ears softened a bit, but it was definitely still there. You wiped your now dried blood and spit of your chin, leaving an ugly smudge. Your lower lip was swollen and very sensitive, but at least it wasn't bleeding anymore. You were supposed to stay over for the night, but that was out of the question now.
