Mina and Chaeyoung got inside the penthouse with Mina awkwardly making her way in. The walking back and forth gave it away that she was nervous. Probably not knowing what to do inside a house with the Son Chaeyoung who doesn't know her.

Chaeyoung on the other hand just watched Mina as she fiddled around. She smiled to herself as she approached the older from behind and held both of her shoulders.

"Mina calm down, I'm not gonna eat you alive." The younger joked and chuckled, but Mina seemed to tensed even more with the touch and words coming from the latter.

She seemed extra nervous today, maybe because the first time that they slept together in one bed was the time that something happened between them. It's not that she's expecting something or anything, she's just worried that she might not be able to stop herself once they lie on the bed. She's scared to step over the boundaries and take advantage of Chaeyoung's situation when the younger clearly doesn't remember anything yet.

"You can sleep on the room, I'll sleep here on the couch." Mina proposes and walked forward, losing the touch of the younger to her. She spin her heels then faced the latter, and she almost regretted her decision of turning around because the blank expression on Chaeyoung's face is not helping her to calm down.

"That's not really necessary." Chaeyoung approached her, but her feet instinctively stepped back and she's mentally smacking her head for doing that. "Are you scared of me Mina?" Chaeyoung asked as she halted herself, seeing how Mina was obviously avoiding her to come close.

Mina just hid her face by looking down. She fiddled with her fingers hiding behind her back. How can she tell Chaeyoung that being close to her makes her feel scared of crossing the line? Even now that Chaeyoung is meters away, the scent of the younger is making Mina want to kiss her so bad. She misses the younger so much that just looking at her was just never enough.

"I'm not leaving you anymore Mina." The sudden words from Chaeyoung made her swiftly lift her head up and meet the eyes of the latter. Chaeyoung took a step forward and this time she didn't avoid. The younger held both of her hands and stared at her with a genuine smile. "We have plenty of time to do everything, you're not running out of time."

Chaeyoung pulled Mina in an embrace and caressed her back. "You can hug me all you want and if you're scared that you wanted more I can give it to you but you have to give me some time."

"I'm not rushing Chaeyoung. It's just that-"

"You miss me." Chaeyoung cut her off. "I know Mina and I can understand you." She said then kissed Mina's forehead. "Now let's sleep." She smiled and pulled Mina inside the room, she lay the both of them on the bed while she cuddles Mina in her arms.

"But we have to wash up." Mina tried to break free, but Chaeyoung shook her head as she said,

"We can always do that tomorrow."

Mina just did as told and accepted the warmth that her lover was offering her, and inside Chaeyoung's embrace she drifted asleep with a smile on her face. Contented and very much happy.

The smell of the food made Chaeyoung's heart feel fuzzy. Remembering how Mina can't even cook fried egg before compared to now that she even made a whole set of meal on the table for her is overwhelming.

Breakfast is much more better when you know the food was by someone who made it while thinking of you. She read the note written beside her food, she smiled to herself as the sweet words of 'I already left for work' and 'finish your food' was written in cursive on a small piece of paper. She finished her breakfast with a smile from beginning to end.

Ever since she came back, Mina never failed to amaze her. The woman was so impressing every single second. She might not remember everything right now, but the feeling of wanting to stay beside Mina as long as she could is earning it's place on her heart.

Now it's her turn to work harder, to try her best and regain the memories she lost.

After taking a shower and changing her clothes, she proceeded to go outside and explore the world of the Son Chaeyoung that she forgot. She got out and walked around the neighborhood, wanting for someone to recognize her atleast.

As of now, only the barista at a café near her home was able to call her by her name. The girl greeted her with a sweet smile then asked her when did she came back and if she would have the usual. Chaeyoung just smiled and agreed to the usual, avoiding to answer anything else.

The usual was an espresso, not really her type but she guesses that's one of her changes. She just carried it around then continued to walk around the neighborhood when a woman suddenly dropped all her groceries in front of her.

Helping was not really her thing, but as the poor thing stared at her obviously asking for help and as she looked around and saw no people around, she had no choice. It would make her look so fucking bad and rude if she just walked pass the woman.

She helped her pick up the things and even helped carried other stuffs since the bag was broken.

"Thank you so much, but can I ask you one more thing?" 'How demanding' Chaeyoung thought to herself but still listened. "Can you help me get this to my house? It's just on that building." The woman politely requested and pointed at the building where Chaeyoung's penthouse is.

"I also live in that building, I can take you." Chaeyoung just agreed. She can't really just shove the stuffs on the woman and say no, right? She's not that ill-mannered.

They walked beside each other as they made their way along the building. They got inside the elevator and just quietly waited for it to reach the 10th floor.

Once they were infront of what Chaeyoung guesses the condo unit of the woman she helped, the woman invited her inside to drop off her groceries inside.

"Can I make you something? Do you want some coffee?" The woman offered, but Chaeyoung just shook her head and lift her cup of espresso to show the woman.

"I have one right now, it's fine." Chaeyoung just said then walked to the door with the woman following her.

"Thank you so much Miss?" The woman said as she offered her hand, Chaeyoung accepted and introduced herself.

"Chaeyoung. Son Chaeyoung."

The woman smiled and shook their hands together. "I'm Park Soo-Young, but you can call me Joy. I'm a psychologist and obviously, I live in this unit. Which floor are you?"

"Top floor." Chaeyoung answered that took a widen eyes from Joy.

"The penthouse?"

"Uhm yeah." Chaeyoung chuckled, already judging the woman in front of her for stating the obvious. But still, she finds it funny.

"I feel bad, can I treat you to breakfast or dinner tomorrow instead?" Joy offered but saw the doubt on Chaeyoung's face so she quickly countered it immediately. "Please, I'll think about it all day." She added, putting her psychology skills into work.

Chaeyoung just scoffed and laughed a little before she surrendered and agreed to a breakfast.
