"Do you think Heejin would be fine there alone?" Chaeyoung asked in the middle of their drive. They're on their way to somewhere significant as Mina says, but she doesn't exactly tell where.

Mina smiled and focused on driving as she answered her girlfriend's question. "She'll be fine don't worry, she's smart Chaeyoung." She tried to convince the younger woman but still, Chaeyoung is still worried. "Aren't you just fighting with her yesterday?" Mina laughed as she relive that history of yesterday's events, when they suddenly both became mothers.

"Well, we sort of came to an agreement with things. Turns out we're both not as bad as we thought. We share the same opinions you know."

"Yeah? Like what?"

"Like pineapple goes on pizza? Or how the parents are the one who builds up their kids trust issues by making them believe in Santa the white bearded manipulator."

Mina laughed out loud with that. "Yeah, real matured Chaeyoung."

"What? We agreed on it." She innocently said as if she's not coercing a child into things that a kid should not be thinking about of in her age.

The drive went by with more laughters and talking, and after a few more half an hour with just that, fnally, they stopped into a driveway in which Chaeyoung familiarizes. But to no avail, no, she doesn't know the place. Mina got off and she soon followed, this place weirdly felt familiar but she doesn't remember being here.

The place was huge, it looks like a guesthouse. They got inside the gate and there was a pool with no water, Chaeyoung went closer and walk beside Mina. The Japanese woman knocked on the door in a patterned sound and she heard a woman inside shouting, "Coming.", then they heard footsteps reaching the door.

A few more seconds and it opened, showed a woman with a disheveled hair, oversized shirt, and a sweatpants. There she stood surprised as she saw Chaeyoung.

Chaeyoung looked over at Mina asking what the hell is happening, but the woman infront of her already jumped into her, giving her a hug.

"You would never know how much I'm glad that you're alive." She said with tears trickling down her face. Chaeyoung was hesitating, she's still looking at Mina asking with her eyes if it's okay with her that this is happening.

Mina nods her head with a genuine smile on her face. This two people are victims and shouldn't be deprived of being with the person they love, and so as giving a hug because you missed them. For the case of Chaeyoung, it was her, Mina. But in this case, at the very least Momo deserves this hug right now.

Chaeyoung tapped the woman's back and it has a sense of uncomfort, causing Momo to let go and be ashamed of what she did. Especially infront of Mina who did nothing but helped her after Chaeyoung went missing.

"I'm sorry, I got caught up with the moment." The woman said while fixing her hair. She invited them inside and they all sat on the couch, awkwardly waiting for someone to talk.

Unlike for any of the both Japanese women who can't think of anything to talk about. Chaeyoung had this undying curiosity inside her head, and she thinks she ought to ask this now.

"How did this happen?" Chaeyoung blurted out, the two looked at her not sure what she specifically meant by that. "How is it that you're friends with all my exes Mina?"

The two turned their heads away from her, not knowing whether they're allowed to laugh or they should take that seriously. Clearly, Chaeyoung doesn't remember everything, and more clearly, Chaeyoung was not around when it happened.

Eitherway, Mina decided to tell her everything. How did she really ended up being okay with Chaeyoung's exes? Regarding Sana it would probably be given that she and Tzuyu are together now and they have come up to a compromise of not letting their past feelings get in the way of them being friends. She and Sana are pretty clicking well, although they are way, way different from each other.

And about Momo, it would probably be the most awkward and unbelievable thing of all. When Chaeyoung went missing, Momo was taken into custody for illegal business establishment, she never knew about it but she had to take the fall since Jackson was gone.

But Mina helped her, with all her best lawyers they got Momo out. From going to prison to just paying fines for damages. All her wealth was surrendered, she had nothing left after the incident and now, she's living here in this old guesthouse trying to get by with her job as a cosmetologist.

It must be a wonder why Mina helped her, and it surely is a wonder for Chaeyoung so she asked. "Not to be offensive or anything, but, why did you help her?"

Mina looked at Momo and to Chaeyoung before telling the reason. "When you left the prosecutor's office that day, Yamada had bugged your phone. Your conversation with Momo was recorded and it was the sole reason that I helped her." Mina explained, Chaeyoung seemed to get the situation but she needs to know the message, and with just her stare is enough to tell that she's waiting for Mina to tell that.

Mina heaved a sigh before holding her girlfriend's hands. "Your exact words were, Mo, that divorce doesn't mean that I'm taking you out of my life. I'm still here for you, I will always be here for you. I will help you just please, trust me on this one." Mina delivered the exact same sentence.

It was sad if you thought about how she memorized that. Those were the only recording that she has of Chaeyoung's voice, and if she would listen to it everyday then it lessens the pain of missing her and grows the hope of believing that Chaeyoung was still alive.

"You promised to her that you will always be there for her. For the very least, I figured that's what you would like me to do if you were there to tell me." Mina could not hold back the tears anymore, as she gripped on Chaeyoung's hands, the trickling evidence of devastation on her face during those moments in the past shows. Chaeyoung then pulled her over the shoulder and gave her the most comforting embrace she could ever give.

"I'm here now Mina." She said, and it was such a big pinch on her heart.

The moment was just so beautiful, but as Momo watched it with the mixed feelings of pain, a good pain that you feel when you felt like everything is finally in place, and happiness that results of just being genuinely happy.

Genuinely happy that the one you love is happy.
