I looked back while the town burned behind me, further ahead down the road Vonro and the rest are waiting for me, Aace stopped in front of Vonro and then I jumped down, he immediately stood next to me.

"They need food and healing, the mother and child are in the worst condition, they seem to have some sort of infection on top of being extremely malnutrition, the man's wound needs to be cleaned and healed too or he could lose it." Edmond run to me and told me what he noticed.

"The children are being fed, I used the leftover meat from monsters we killed this morning, but I'll need to make more for the rest," Veronica said, I nodded and handed her a bunch of meat and vegetables she'll need, along with cooking tools, clean drinking water, blankets, and clothes. then I looked at Edmond "let's go see them." He nodded, we walked over and checked the man first since he'll be the easiest and fastest I can heal.

"How are you," I asked standing in front of the man who's sitting near the fire, I crouched down and glanced at his bandaged wound for a moment before looking him in the eye, he smiled and replied.

"I'm alright thank you, all of you, how are Madam Zadrina and the young master? I'm worried for them we haven't had food for days." He asked I looked at Vonro.

"They are being tended to, we're currently building settlements for them, and once we're done with you we will heal their illness too," Vonro said, I looked back at him and he took a sigh of relief.

"Would you mind if I take a look?" I asked, he shook his head no, I took some alcohol poured it all over my hands especially the tip of my fingers, and then I pulled out a glove and used it, then I reached for the dirty bandages wrapped around his arm, it's so inflamed there's puss all over the bandage with some partially dried old blood, the wound smelled terrible because of that, and the bandage started to stick on the wound shut while it tried to heal itself, I had to pull it lightly to remove the bandage, he winced in pain but tried not to make any noise. "Alright, I'm going to go heal the injury." I removed the gloves and reached for my staff, I aimed at the wound and then healed without bothering to cast, the reason why I had to remove the bandage first is so I could see and imagine how I can heal it, and how it'll look after, if I didn't remove it and just fastened the phase of the healing process he might be left with a bad scar or worse it would rot after a few days because I only healed the skin and not removed some dirt stuck inside or anything that's stuck inside.

Afterward, we told him to rest for the night and that food will arrive for him later on, he thanked us first and then we left to head to the woman and child's tent, she's been cleaned, Veronica in the room with her, helping her clean the baby too.

"I apologize for the wait, I'm here to heal you and your child." she turned to look in our direction and then immediately stood up, but she got light-headed and almost fell, Veronica guided her down slowly. "Don't worry you don't have to do anything, just stay seated for me."

"A-Alright miss, but please help my child first!" I kneeled next to her and then looked at her and her baby, her eyes sunken, lips dry, eyes yellowish, skinny and pale, she's suffering from malnutrition and possibly something else I don't know of, then I looked at the child and it's barely moving, it's so thin it's not even making a sound anymore, just barely breathing, I immediately aimed at it and immediately healed it, it's cheeks immediately started to have color, the immediate change in it's appearance gave me hope that it'll survive, the look of relief on it's face made everyone in the room feel relieved too, it's mother immediately run to it and gave it a hug she cried loudly relieved that her child's finally out of danger, then of course I aimed at her and immediately healed her too, I ended up handing her some baby vitamins, and some for her too she gladly took it and thanked me endlessly, she couldn't stop hugging me and crying while kneeling down her child on her other arms, it made my heart feel for them, I'm just happy they made it.
