The next morning we only prepared breakfast and then immediately head out, we still have half a day of traveling so the earlier we leave the earlier we arrive, at that point I decided to travel ahead riding an Aace's back, we went so fast that in 15 minutes we can no longer see the carriages behind us, luckily my father tossed me a golden plate seal and some money before I went off alone.

"Hey, Aace." I said calling for my dog's name, well he's more of a giant wolf than a dog but still, he's been cooped up inside the village and he was only able to leave when he's with me so he's basically a dog at this point.

"Yes, young master? Is there a threat? what seems to be the problem?" He slowed down just a little bit, my sword placed tightly on the side of my hip, I checked first if it's secured enough but there was nothing to worry about, so I told him what's on my mind, we were so fast that the castle gates were already in front of us, it was still a little further away but you can see it from where we were standing.

"Once we arrive in the capital make sure not to attack anyone unless they're a real threat to us, do you understand? if we're caught in trouble, and if you have to choose between me and my family choose them, do you understand?" I said giving explicit orders, he stopped.

"But young master, my job is to protect you, if I failed to do that I am no more than a worm." He said, I patted his head.

"You're not, protecting my family before me makes you my hero, a worthy ally, besides don't you think I'm strong enough to fight for myself?" I asked him he quickly answered.

"Yes! you are 10 times stronger than myself! I'm sorry for doubting you, young master." His tail wagged and I smiled at him.

"Then it's settled, don't worry about it for now, but make sure to remember once we're in the situation, Now go!" I said tapping his side twice, he made a "Hump" sound that meant "Yes Sir" to me, then he began to run once again at full speed, in less than an hour we arrived at the capital gates, at first we were treated into a halt by the guards who thought I'm a crazy person trying to attack the gates, but when they had a second glance they were surprised to see a small child riding a dangerous giant dog, more like a wolf but whatever.

"Kid! what are you doing, get down from that monster or you could get hurt!" One of the young guards yelled from the tower, then a few of them tried to approach us with a sword in hand, of course, this irritated Aace, I raised a fist that meant a halt to military language, I learned this from my father, of course, the man trying to walk close to us stopped probably more surprised that I know the signal, then I briefly calmed Aace down before jumping down to face the guard and hand him a golden seal, it's the stone my father threw at me before we speed up, he must have known this would happen.

"That's a seal to enter the capital, I'm in a hurry so open the gate at once." I said barking orders, I had to be firm to be respected in this world, just like my father.

"Y-Yes, but miss may I ask for your name first?" The guard looked at the seal probably saw its authenticity and asked for my name first, I quickly responded.

"Krish, Krish Dragnight." His eyes widened.

"A-Are you perhaps Sir and General Cadmus Dragnight's child?" I nodded, he and his people were awed in amazement.

"Precisely sir, they'll arrive in about 5 hours, now, can you let me in, it's causing a commotion." I looked to my side to the small door next to the main gate people in the line to enter the city was looking at us, both with worry and curiosity, when the guards saw this they quickly stiffened, they saluted to me before heading back in with my seal, I jumped back to Aace's back and then we walked closer to the main gate next to people in line, they looked at Aace with terrified faces, but we ignored them, as soon as the gate opened we entered inside, but quickly stopped again by a man with incredible aura, he looked to be 40, but despite his tough face, he seems gentle to small children, that includes me.
