Arriving back at the dorms after a fun day with Uraraka and Iida, Izuku starts to make his way to Katsuki's room to check on him. He even messaged him earlier, which brought a smile to Izuku's face. 

Messages from earlier:

Kacchan💥🧡: Hey nerd where r u

Me: Woah could it be? Kacchan is messaging me first for once?! :0

Me: I'm working on my english report w Iida and Ura, why?

Me: We're at the cafe around the block from campus

Kacchan💥🧡:

Me:

Kacchan💥🧡: When r u coming back

Me: I don't know, when I finish it..? Why what are you doing?

Kacchan💥🧡: waiting by ur door

Me: Aww well don't just stand there go do something else! Miss u too Kacchan ^-^

Kacchan💥🧡: Whatever nerd, text me when you get back

... a bit later

me: Hey Kacchan, how's things going? I might be a bit longer than I thought, just wanted to make sure you're okay!

me: Hope you aren't too lonely without me, I know it's late but I'll stop by your dorm before bed :]

He never responded to any other messages Izuku sent since then. Oh well, he's probably training or something. He's glad he found something else to do.

Izuku decides to go straight to his second stop, and visit Shoto. The vampire mentioned earlier he had to go to his childhood home and visit his dad which he was not looking forward to. Izuku could only imagine how he's feeling now, so he knocks on the door.

"Shoto, I'm back!" he calls, and Shoto answers the door in his boxers, looking conflicted. Izuku's face heats up, blinking at him with widened eyes. "O-oh, um, bad time?" it is getting late at night, and he knows Shoto's schedule is kind of messed up.

"No. It is never a bad time for you to visit Izuku. I'll... be right back," he shuts the door. Izuku knows he usually wears proper night clothes and his hair wasn't wet from a shower, so that was definitely irregular behaviour. Then again he has to reason to question his soulmate's choices, plus it's not like the lack of clothing bothered Izuku.

Shoto shuts the door, and his gaze lands on his bed where Katsuki is still passed out, with nothing but a bedsheet covering his lower half.

This is a dilemma. He fully had intentions to tell Izuku about what happened, but he also knows Katsuki is going to need time to process this whole situation and is hardly going to want to accept it right away himself, let alone tell Izuku about it right now.

Deciding it's best to wait until he can discuss things with Katsuki first, he quickly gets changed and leaves a small note on his night stand before stepping back out of his room to where Izuku is waiting, looking up at him questioningly.

"I missed you," Shoto pulls Izuku into a hug, thankful that his human senses can't pick up the fact that he's covered in Katsuki's scent. It isn't a lie either, he did miss him a lot.

"I missed you too! Why don't we go inside so you can tell me all about your day?"

"Can we go to your room instead? It just... smells like you and I feel safe there." Another truth. Deku's room is so cozy and has personality and life to it, just like its owner. Shoto's on the other hand is rather dull in comparison, and it always feels cold.
