Shoto sits silently in his dorm staring at the wall listening for Izuku's footsteps to arrive at his door. They are making amazing progress, Izuku has now become able to not only hug Shoto but give him small kisses as well. Shoto is sure to not push or pressure Izuku at all, he always offers to do activities that don't involve any physical touch and only participates in such when Izuku chooses to do so. Izuku has also started leaning on Shoto again when they watch films together, which Shoto loves as well. Izuku has made a list of films he wants to show Shoto, since apparently he missed out on a lot during his childhood. Once a week at night they watch a new film together. Sometimes Izuku invites Katsuki to join in their "movie night" he calls it, but he also likes to have one on one time with both Shoto and Katsuki separately. 

He stands up when he hears the familiar footsteps approaching, opening the door right before Izuku knocks. Like always, Izuku is taken aback with his fist in the air about to knock on the door. He slowly puts it down, and leans in to give Shoto a light kiss. 

Today was a kiss day, Shoto smiles at Izuku. He loves those days. But he loves Izuku just as much on the days that aren't kiss days. 

"What movie do you have planned for us today?"

"This one is called Sonic! It was inspired by super retro games. It's cool because the main character has speed like Iida, and he's blue! They have different personalities though."

"Sounds great," Shoto sits down on his bed leaving room for Izuku to get in next to him.

As the end credits roll, Izuku leans closer to Shoto. He had been psyching himself up for this moment for the past week. As much as his mates assure him that they aren't bothered, he can't help the guilt that eats at him for not being able to show them the affection they deserve. 

Shoto has never initiated anything. Katsuki has slipped up a few times, and Izuku always felt so guilty for his reactions. Katsuki would apologize, but it tore Izuku up because he shouldn't have to apologize for just touching his partner. 

He's more comfortable with Katsuki. Sometimes Katsuki can pull him in for a hug or grab his hand and he's okay. But sometimes he's not. Either way he felt more comfortable starting with Shoto today, since Shoto never slips up and accidentally grabs him too tightly. Maybe if Izuku does all the work, he'll be okay. He can do what a proper boyfriend is supposed to do and please his partners. 

"Your heart's beating faster than usual," Shoto murmers. "are your flashes coming back love?"

"N-no, I'm not scared or anything. Nothing wrong I promise!" he forgot Shoto would be able to hear his heartbeat. He takes deep breaths trying to slow it down. 

He leans forward and gives Shoto another kiss, but instead of pulling away he puts his hands behind the vampire's head, pulling him closer. 

It's just Shoto, I'm okay, I can do this. 

Shoto's hands twitch at his sides, he wants to wrap them around Izuku but he doesn't want to risk anything. He's surprised at Izuku's sudden actions, but he isn't going to push him away. 

At first it starts off okay, Izuku's soft lips moving in sync with Shoto's cool ones. Touching his silky hair, the white side always feeling somehow lighter than the red side. 

Unfortunately that moment of bliss didn't last, Izuku wanted to go further than just that, be more intimate, but when he moved to remove his shirt the flashes came back. His clothes being torn away. Dabi's rough hands forcing him down.
