Izuku can't help the excitement bubbling inside of him. There's hope. He doesn't know when they're coming, but they will. He knows it.

His mind wonders to Shoto and Katsuki, imagining how they would react at the situation. Katsuki would want to act immediately, run into the danger head first. Shoto would be anxious to find him too but he would be the voice of reason, making sure Katsuki waited until the time was right. At least he hoped it was the case, as desperate as he was to see his mates he couldn't stand the thought of them breaking in to save him only to be defeated by however many villains are in here.

Izuku doesn't even know where he is, he hasn't seen any windows and the only two people to visit him have been Toga and Dabi. He's sure another villain, Shigaraki is what Dabi referred to him as, is also somewhere around here but that's all he knows about. If this is their hideout there's probably several other villains, someone keeping watch for intruders.

He's still feeling tired, and hungry. He wants to be ready when his boyfriends come to save him, he needs to be able to help fight as well.

The door opens and Dabi enters, Izuku on edge yet again.

"I'm back, how was your day?" 

"It was alright..." he tries to sound indifferent.

"You're more awake than usual," Dabi studies him, and Izuku freezes. He can't give Dabi any ideas, he must stay clueless if Izuku is going to be saved.

"I'm just coming to terms with the fact that this is home now... Might as well make the best of it," he shrugs.

Dabi smiles as he gets onto the bed next to Izuku, pulling him in for a kiss. "Finally. I knew you would, my perfect little human,"

Just hold on a little longer,

Another day passes, Izuku looking forward to Toga's visit. He's pacing back and forth when he hears her knock.

"Come in!" He yells out.

"Woah I've been invited in today! Hey Izukuu I have macaroni and cheese!" 

He waits for her to shut the door and get settled on the bed, handing Izuku his dinner. "Do you... know anything else? Have you talked to Uraraka again?" He speaks softer, as to avoid anyone overhearing. Dabi is out for the night so he shouldn't be here but he can't be too careful.

She nods, "Yeah I've got her number! She messages me first so often, always asking about you,"

"Do you know when they're coming?"

"Oh! Yeah it's tomorrow, there's a big mission going on so Dabi will be far gone with Shiggy and Kurogiri and twice, they won't be back for a while so it's the perfect time! I could have gone too but I can't miss an opportunity to see Ochako!"

"Tomorrow..." izuku repeats. He can't believe it, it's really happening. Tomorrow, he will be safe. He will go home.

Toga pulls out her phone. "I asked Ochako for a selfie to make her profile photo, wanna see?"

Izuku's eyes widen at the device, he's never seen Toga's phone before. "Wait... can I contact Shoto and Kacchan on there?" 

"Look she's smiling! At me! Through the screen!" Toga shoves the photo in his face giggling but when Izuku tries to grab the phone she yanks it away. "No touching....!"

"Yeah... it's a nice photo of her..." Izuku nods, trying to be patient. "Toga... can I please send a message to them? So they know I'm okay," he pleads. 

She thinks for a moment, looking over her messages to Uraraka. "Hmmm I suppose, here ya go." she throws him the phone and starts eating, he grabs it and starts typing.
