"I can't believe this," Katsuki growls, crumpling the paper in his hand. Him and Todoroki are assigned partners. And now Izuku is a part of their group too. Katsuki glares at Todoroki who glares at him back.

"Hey, it's okay, we can do this guys!" Izuku laughs nervously, trying to break the tension. "It's just one semester. Maybe it will be fun!"

"Maybe you should join Uraraka's group instead, you shouldn't have to work with him." Todoroki suggests.

"No- I look forward to working with you two! It can be like the old days, Kacchan! We used to do group projects all the time when we were kids,"

"Shut up Deku!"

"Don't talk to him like that," Todoroki's voice is icy and cold, a completely different tone from when he talks to Izuku.

"Or what, bloodsucker? Looking to fight?" Katsuki takes a fighting stance, and Todoroki just stares at him.

"Oh geez, you're going to have to tolerate each other so we can get a good mark okay? No need for fighting." Izuku rolls his eyes. "Since we're all together, how about we go back to my dorm and look over everything we have to do?"

"Good idea Midoriya." Todoroki nods in agreement.

"Tch" Katsuki rolls his eyes but follows along as they head over to Izuku's room.

Katsuki and Todoroki step into Izuku's room after him, seeing all the All Might merch surrounding every inch of the place.

"Do you like All Might?" Todoroki asks.

"Hahah yeah,,," Izuku plays with the hem of his shirt, blushing a bit from embarassment.

"Looks stupid, I can't believe you'd waste your money on shit like this," Katsuki mutters, secretly admiring one of his rare All Might figurines wondering where he got it.

"Sorry there isn't much room, I guess we could sit on the floor?" Izuku sits down, starting to take some notebooks out of his bag.

"Pfft what do you think I am, a peasant?" Katsuki throws himself onto Izuku's bed, sprawling out lazily. It smells like him! His wolf gets excited. Shut the fuck up!

"Hm, I thought dogs liked to lie on the floor," Todoroki retorts calmly, sitting next to Izuku.

"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY YOU CANDYCANE LOOKIN DEAD ASS BASTARD-"

"OKAy ANYwaYS" Izuku jumps in. "The sooner we do this the sooner you two can get out of here. Or Kacchan anyways, Todoroki can stay if he wants."

"What, waiting for me to leave so you can let him suck your blood? Perhaps something else? Didn't know you were into bloodsuckers Deku." Katsuki spats.

Izuku gapes at him in shock.

"Its not my fault you're jealous and taking your anger out on us," Todoroki shrugs. "Guess that's what happens when you're raised by wolves,"

"DO YOU WANT ME TO KILL YOU-"

"Kacchan's mom is cool don't insult her like that Todoroki," Izuku shakes his head. "Have some respect."

"Yeah what he said Walmart Zuko."

"And Kacchan you need to have some respect for Todoroki! And don't make rude comments about our relationship,"

"RELATIONSHIP??" it's a wonder Bakugou doesn't lose his voice with the amount of yelling he does.

Todoroki looks at Izuku questioningly.

"Friendship relationship!! Not that it's any of your business since you obviously don't want to be my mate," Izuku retorts, coming to the conclusion that they may not ever get started on the assignment tonight.

"Wait- mate??" Todoroki questions.

"Stop bringing that up!!" Katsuki chucks a pillow at Izuku.

Izuku sighs. "Apparently I'm his mate. I thought werewolves were supposed to be attracted to their mates but I guess not." he explains to Todoroki.

"That's... interesting. Are you sure?" Todoroki asks, puzzled.

"Of course I'm sure, Peppermint stick reject! You think I can't tell what the mate bond feels like?? I'm not an idiot like you two!"

"How do you come up with these nicknames so quickly??" Izuku giggles, momentarily forgetting the heavy subject they're on.

Katsuki gets a weird feeling in his chest. What's wrong with him?? You made him laugh. it sounds cuter when you're the reason for it. NO. "I thought we already established that I'm the best at everything. Get with the program Deku!" He yells again, but a bit less intensely.

"I'm confused," Todoroki blinks.

"Your hair is the colour of peppermint!" Izuku ruffle's Todoroki's hair playfully. It's softer than he expected.

"What's the point of being here if we aren't going to go over the assignment?!?" Katsuki jumps up and takes out his crumpled paper with the details.

The three boys finally started to focus on their task at hand, going over the details before Izuku got tired and Todoroki had to start his night classes.
