This is NOT chapter 47, sorry! this is a one-shot. It's valentines day and I'm lonely and I wanna write a cute todobakudeku romance okay >:( This is NOT canon to the rest of my story. An AU of my AU, if you will. Don't think too much into it, just enjoy the fluff. I didn't wanna make a whole other book just for this so here we go.

Description: Izuku is NOT dating anyone at this point in time, he just has a crush on Todoroki and Bakugou (who are dating eachother) and they like him but he's oblivious. All other info (in college, vampires, werewolves) remain the same. Oh they don't know they're mates though.

Izuku turns in his bed groggily when he hears his Monday alarm going off, the ringtone a motivational speech from one of All Might's interviews. Half asleep still he reaches for his phone to turn off the alarm. His face falters slightly when his screen blinks into focus, tired eyes landing on today's date. February 14th.

For the most part, Izuku hadn't really thought about dating. His main goal in middle school and high school was always to become a hero, and sure he'd find people attractive but he never really thought about dating in that way. This year, however, it had crossed his mind. It didn't help that his recent crush, and friend Todoroki started dating his childhood crush, Katsuki. He was happy for both of them, for sure, but a small part of him was still jealous of the relationship, and his heart plummeted when he'd first heard the news.

He's tried looking into others to date but he just isn't interested in anyone else. Which is why, all of yesterday while Uraraka talked about all the cute things her and Toga had planned, he smiled encouragingly at her excitement while also internally realizing how much he wished he had something like that, someone to share the special day with so that they could dedicate it to showing each other how much they cared.

Walking to class, he tried to ignore all the couples hand holding and focus on his plans for training later. He's going to have an extra long session, to hopefully distract him from the empty feeling inside of him.

He enters his morning class early as usual, taking his regular seat. He takes out his notebook and decides to start writing down how he's feeling. A few moments later he sees someone take a seat next to him out of the corner of his eye and jumps. Casually covering the page with one of his hands, his eyes widen when he spots Katsuki Bakugou leaning back in the seat.

Izuku looks away, not wanting to be caught staring. "Um- Uraraka usually sits there..." it's not that he's opposed to sitting next to Katsuki, but they really aren't that close and only talk occasionally when Izuku is hanging out with Todoroki and he comes along. Never just the two of them. Izuku knows Katsuki still hates him, even though he's toned it down for Todoroki's sake.

"Do you really think she's coming?" he asks doubtfully. "Look around,"

Looking around he notices almost all the desks are empty, just a few students aside from him and Katsuki. He then looks at the clock and realizes class is supposed to have started five minutes ago. "Wait... where is everyone?"

"Dumbass. You know what day it is today? Everyone skips."

Izuku nods. "Oh.... right..." now that he mentions it Izuku does recall Uraraka saying how she wouldn't be going to class today. Then another question crosses his mind, he isn't sure if he should ask it or not and risk angering the blond.

As if he read his thoughts, Katsuki explains. "Icyhot isn't awake until late afternoon anyway. Got nothing better to do."

"Right...." Izuku fiddles with his now closed notebook, unsure what to do. Why did Bakugou choose to sit right next to him when there was so many empty seats? Usually he avoids him entirely. To be honest most people avoid him, since he is the human after all. Uraraka, Iida, and Todoroki are the only people that really tolerate him, Toga and Bakugou are also occasionally forced to put up with him just because their partners are hanging out with him. Shoto isn't here right now though so Katsuki has no obligation to be with him right now.
