"Is this what you really want??"

"I will okay? Just remember I didn't sleep with any Suzie and I love you too much to end up cheating on you"

"Search yourself, d'you really think I'd cheat on you?"

These words kept replaying in my head and I couldn't control the emotions anymore. Tears flowed down my eyes in torrents. I sat on the couch in the living room crying after he left. Maybe I should have listened to him? Maybe I shouldn't have ended things that way? Did he really cheat?

"If you know you love this Alex, I don't see any reason why you would end things with him" Meera said when she entered the living room.

"He lied to me Meera. He should have told me. I trusted him not to cheat but he did." Meera came to sit beside me and wrapped her arms around me, I hugged her tightly, crying my eyes out.

"You say he cheated? Now let me tell you something. I know Alex,I might not know him more than you but in this case, I think I do. I am a hundred percent sure he didn't cheat. Never! I've studied Alex for a long time. He can flirt with girls but cheating is what he won't do. C'mon you guys have been dating for long. You should know him inside out."

"I saw pictures"

"Can you just fucking keep your pictures to yourself.? You watch movies ,don't you? Pictures can be photoshopped to deceive people. "

"Ok, the video? Was it also photoshopped. I saw him, he was clearly having... ohmigawd. He was with a girl in his room. I know his room when I see it."

"Can I see this video?" She inquired. I never want to see that video in my life ever again.

"I don't think I still have it. Lemme check." I went through my gallery and showed her the picture and video. It was a video of Alex in his room having sex with a girl.

"Ohmigawd! Are you stupid?"

"What?"

"You mean, you threw a relationship of almost five years away because of this blurry video. It is his room okay? How d'you know he's the one in bed?"

"Stop supporting him okay?"

"I'm not, infact I'm on your side but that wouldn't stop me from telling you the truth. Who sent these to you?"

"I don't know. I received it on WhatsApp from am unknown number. He didn't even introduce himself. He just captioned it *I thought you'd need this* and then he blocked me."

"That person definitely doesn't want you to continue your relationship with Alex, that's what happened and you fell."

"What are you saying?"

"That you were foolish enough to fall for tricks. Be honest with yourself, d'you think Alex is capable of cheating"

"Urh..urhm the Alex I know wouldn't cheat, but who knows, maybe he found someone hotter than me"

"You don't really know the guy you claim to love. You're just being insecure and you let your insecurities destroy everything." She said as she stood up and left.

I continued my tears, Meera could make you feel like a failure sometimes. I needed to talk to somebody before I hurt myself. I went through my contact list, a number caught my attention. Valerie❤️. I dialled it and she picked on first ring.
