Chapter Nineteen - Hugs & Kisses

**JADE's POV**

Darren was shirtless.

All my life, I'd never seen a guy shirtless in person. Not even dad. I can't believe that Darren was the first in destroying my virginity in watching a guy's chest. . torso. .

Ew! Stop it, Jade!

I stood there frozen on spot, when he just stood there across me all high and mighty. It was like he was so proud in showing his so-called 'glorious' body in front of the world.

Dammit.

Darren's face lit up when he saw me. "Jade! It's wonderful to see you!" he chirped happily. He was only on his basketball shorts with his exposed. . .

Ugh!

I was so nervous I just stood there without even blinking. How could he show this kind of. . view to me! How dare he!

"Jade, I'm starting to think that you're eye-raping me now. Seriously." Darren spoke up as I mentally shook my head and slapped myself bazillion times mentally.

This. . this jerk!

I was going to protest when the sight of Lynelle came. After she saw me and smiled, she then faced at her shirtless kuya with disbelief and smacked the part where the abs are located.

Keep your eyes on his face, Jade. Don't show him that you're nervous and you're starting to melt in the sight of Darren. . shirtless.

'Eyes. . . nose. . . neck. . .chest. . dammit!' I wailed in my head. I swear it could've been louder than thousand banshees wailing in unison if only I screamed those out of my mouth.

I was completely speechless and just looked at Lynelle beside her. . shirtless. . kuya.

Wait, how many times did I said that?

Shirtless.

Lynelle frowned. "What the actual heck are you showing, kuya!" I got startled by Lynelle's mature-like language. "You're devastating ate Jade's innocent mind!" she said as if she'd read my thoughts.

Shirtless. Dammit.

Darren just shrugged innocently. "What? I always am like this at home. And you, as the one who invited her, should've warned her about my habit. It wasn't my intention to let her drool over me." Darren faced me and smirked.

I frowned. This bastard! I wasn't drooling over him! What the? That's such an overstatement!!

I wanna strangle him.

Lynelle smacked him again, this time, on his arm. "Get outta here, you creep! Shoo!" she shoved Darren away as he just laughed. After a few seconds, she yelled again, "And puhleeze, kuya, get a shirt!"
