Chapter Five - Gummy Bears

**JADE's POV**

I was walking along the corridor, with a big smile plastered on my face as I plugged in my earphones, listening to the song 'Want You Back' by Cher Lloyd.

I only listen to active songs like this whenever I'm happy. The thought about me and Ryan hanging out yesterday just make me smile like an idiot.

What? I was really happy! Especially at the moment when our lips almost met. ≧﹏≦

It's also a good thing that I tricked him by making a lie. I know that it's really hard for me to lie especially to my bestfriends because they know me too well, but I must risk the feeling of guilt just for the sake of the plan.

Yes, the sake of that freaking plan.

Come to think of it, what will happen if my bestfriends find out? Because they hate Darren so much, of course they wouldn't let their bestfriend going to the wrong hands. For sure they'll cause a fight with Darren and I don't want that to happen.

All I have to do is shut my mouth from telling even the slightest clue, and just follow the instructions Darren gives, and everything will pass smoothly.

I walked, humming the lyrics of the song with a smile.

"'Boy, you can say anything you order, I don't give a (shh ) no one else can have ya', I want you back, I want you back, want want you, 'want you back (arg !)"

All of a sudden, a bunch of girls suddenly sang their lungs out, causing me to stop. I took off my earphones and listened to whatever their song is.

To be exact, it was Jessica and her little minions. Good thing that they didn't mind me.

"HEY GIRL WITH THE PRETTY , PINK, POLKA-DOT BIKINI, I DON'T WANT YOUR NUMBER REALLY, ALL I WANT IS YOUR DNAAA!! OHH YEAH!!

WHEN YOU'RE WEARING THAT SWEATER, THEY DON'T MAKE 'EM ANY BETTER WHEN YOU MOVE AND YOU SWERVE IN A SUPER MODEL KIND OF WAY!! HEY, HEY, YEAAHHH!!"

I then plugged in my earphones again, turning the volume of my song to the max level, just for me not to hear that song.

I just realized that they're singing 'Build A Girl' and it honestly reminds me of Darren, because why? Because I always hear that song in parties and school activities. Mostly, it was Darren's cover.

I hate to admit but that song is kinda catchy, but I hate the singer. Well, not hate, but I just don't like him. Yeah.

I just hate hearing Darren's song. Even voice. Whenever his voice passes through your ear, the nerves then messages the brain for it to make the person cover their ears, just because it's so annoying and irritating. And that's happening to me right now.

I just continued to walk pass them, without even taking a glance, and headed towards the parking area since it's already dismissal.

I walked passed by the boys' comfort room, when I heard some familiar voices causing me to stop and eavesdrop.
