Chapter Six - They Don't Know About Us

**JADE's POV**

I was sitting down on a bench, a bench in one of the school's lawn to be exact, waiting for Ryan to show up .

He said that he'll be returning a book from the library and told me that he'll be back in less than five minutes, but it appears that his ‘five minutes’ unexpectedly turned into fifteen minutes.

You know I hate waiting.

I then took a bite of my peanut butter sandwich, doing nothing but to stare at the grass.

You absolutely don't know what happened to me a while ago. It was the worst so far, actually.

While I was walking, heading to the cafeteria this morning , I was greeted by some of the girls, the popular girls. They continued to interrogate about me and Darren, and I hate nosy people. But I just went with the flow.

Surprisingly, Darren then popped out of nowhere like a ghost and I saw him smiling ever so widely, with a bunch of flowers on his hand. I knew that he's doing his act again, so I just submitted myself in anything he'll do.

He said that he missed me, of course I also must be sweet, so I said the same, adding the word ‘too’. Darren then gave the flowers to me and the crowd came.

After a few seconds, he then pulled me into a bear hug, making me realize that I shouldn't have submitted myself too much; And see what happened. Virus was spreading all over me.

I don't hug guys, to be honest. Except Ryan. I think they're too disgusting and I hate touching them. It's not that I'm too O.A, but that's what I think.

Could that get any worse?

I then heard footsteps coming, as I looked to where the sound came from. And of course, it came from the feet of my “boyfriend”.

What now, huh?

“Jade! Good to see you!” Darren  greeted with a toothy grin plastered on his face.

“Looks like someone's in the good mood.” I smirked, still hoping that he didn't came here just for the act. Oh for the love of God, one act is enough for a day!

“Yes, of course.” he smiled mischievously, and I know the meaning behind that. Oh no. “I have to kiss you.”

What. The. F.

For the first time, my jaw practically dropped to the ground. My eyes were sized as a Jackfruit and my nerves were going crazy.

I didn't see that coming.

He wants a freaking kiss? No way, that is over the boardline! I am not kissing this. . . this douche ever! Not him! He couldn't be the guy who'll steal my first kiss ! Never!

In fact, I don't even love him! I want to experience it with the guy I like! A guy like Ryan! Ew, not Darren! I'd rather spend a day kissing a tree than to snog this kind of guy, thank you very much.
