think of me fondly

I'd like to think that if we never speak again that one day you will look back on me fondly and remember me as someone who didn't fear the future when she pictured you by her side. I'd like to think you'd remember me as the girl who loved you the best she could. Who gave you every ounce of her soul, even if it wasn't what you wanted or needed. I'd like to think that you'd think of me as somebody you could have spent your life with. If only we had worked harder.
