"You even forgot that you both were kissing each other passionately last night?!" He raises his voice with shock on his face.
"Mr. Kim! Stop saying weird things." I get nervous.
"If what I said is weird things, then you both did alot of weird things last night." He smirks again.
Did we kiss a lot? That's weird. That's honestly going to ruin our relationship. I cannot look at her face from now onwards thanks to alcohol. Shit.
We both stay silent while staring at Mr. Kim. I do not know how to react to this and so I do not move or utter a word.
"So, I can go to my room right? I hope it's not dirty." He winks at me and pushes me away to reach his room.
We stay outside our room, still not looking at each other, while Mr. Kim closes the door of his room, behind us. The awkwardness was getting stronger and I didn't know how to subside this awkwardness.
"I'll use the room for now." She says and closes the door on my face. Rude.
I sigh and turn around to face Mr. Kim's door. I bang the door until he opens.
"Austin, I'm not deaf yet. So, a few knocks on the door would work."
"What exactly happened last night?" I couldn't digest that we kissed and I wanted him to say that he was just joking.
"I'm tired. I'm way too tired to tell all the mess you both did last night."
"Mr. Kim!" I raise my voice and regret it soon. "I'm sorry. Please tell me what happened last night." I say cutely, holding his hand to show him my sincerity to know what really happened.
"Austin, you're not a kid anymore. These things" he points at my hands holding his hand. "used to work when you were a kid. You're way too grown up for this to work." He says, taking his hand away from mine and moves towards his bed as I follow him.
"You've literally seen me grown up and am I still not a kid in your eyes?" I say with a sad pout, determined to know what actually happened between us last night, that he knows.
"You were a kid to me until I saw you kissing your wife. You've really grown up now. I'm so proud of you Austin!" He exclaims, smacking my butt while I was running out of patience.
"Ugh. Don't make me lose my patience. Just tell me what happened last night." I raise my voice slightly and he raises his eyebrows which makes me regret again. "I'm sorry but I really need to know what happened. I can't remember a single thing, Mr. Kim."
"Fine." He keeps silent for a few second before speaking up. "Iris called me from your phone last night saying that you were barely breathing. She even said that she gave you mouth to mouth CPR but you did not wake up. She started crying and I had to track your location to get to the restaurant you both were at, because she didn't know where you both were."
"Wait, you can track my location? That's stalking."
"I'm just doing my job, Austin." He squints his eyes while looking at me.
"Fine," I sigh. "Continue."
"I reached the bar and found that you were awake. I reached near you both and saw you both crying while hugging each other. I would be lying if I said that that moment wasn't emotional. I got tears filled in my eyes too, you know?"
"What? Why were we crying?"
"Iris was crying because she is married and you were crying because you were scared that you might have fallen for her."
"What nonsense?! Can you stop joking around? Don't make me mad, I swear."
"What?!" He scoffs, "What would I get from joking? I heard Y/n saying ' I'm really sad that I'm being controlled , Austin. I fucking hate that I'm married.' " he imitates her voice while pretending to cry which makes me cringe. Also, this was the first time I had ever heard him swear. That was weird too.
