Chapter 12: Jenna, Kyle's Return & Dean.

Another 2 weeks has passed and I have been taking my medications regularly and the doctor said that I was doing well. Mom and dad were finalizing their divorce and they still don't know what to do with me. Dad says he's going to move next door and he's going to make it a friendly divorce not a messy one. Dean and I were still going to work and we're enjoying every moment of it since we get to see each other every day. It just feels so nice to be around him. He's beautiful and caring and he actually listens to me unlike everyone else. Joe is really happy with our work and we have been getting good feed backs from the customers so she decided to increase our wages which is a good thing for my college savings.

Speaking of school… it's starting in 3 weeks. Oh God. I'm so not ready for it. I'm not ready to see Melissa's face or Kyle's or everyone. Kyle… I haven't seen him in 1 month. He's been to Spain with his family and they came back like 2 days ago. I seriously don't want to see him at all. I really don't know if I'm over him or not... the thought of him just hurts me.

Anyways, here I am sitting on the couch, watching a movie at 12 pm waiting for 6 o'clock to finally arrive so I could see Dean. Excitement bubbled through me at the thought of him.

Ping!

I immediately knew that was Dean messaging me. I grabbed my phone and opened the message...

'Hey! I won't be able to make it to work today, El. Friend coming over from out of town and I'm looking forward to spending time with her, see you tmr! xx -Dean'

I frowned.

A friend? A girl?

Stupid Ellie. You're not even together to be jealous!

My phone rang snapping me out of my thoughts, I looked at the callers ID but I didn't recognize the number.

"Hello?" I asked waiting for an answer when a girls voice spoke "Hey! Ellie? This is Stella!"

"Hey, Stella! What's up?" I asked fiddling with the hem of my shirt.

"We're going dress shopping! Come on, go get dressed, I'll pick you up in about... 15 minutes!" She exclaimed and I agreed hanging up and rushing upstairs to get ready.

15 minutes later, I heard a car pull up. I knew it was her. I put on my shoes and hurried outside. Stella was sitting at the drivers seat, she waved at me and I waved back getting inside to see three beautiful girls. I'm guessing these were Stella's friends. She introduced us and we headed to the shops. Theirs Maisey, Clara and Darcy and Jacob's sister Justine.

After trying on dresses after dresses after dresses we finally came to a desicion and picked a really beautiful long strapless peach dress that cinches under the breasts and trailed upwards to the shoulder with flower studs on it. (Bridesmaids dresses)

When we were done dress shopping, we grabbed some lunch and I really enjoyed the company. It's been a while since I spoke to a girl and it felt really nice. When we were done, the girls got their own ride and I went with Stella, she was my ride back home.

"How's Dean?" Stella asked hopping into the car. I opened the passengers seat door and got in shutting it behind me.

"He's fine" I smiled and remembered that he was going out with a girl right now. I mean, he could've invited me? He probably wants to catch up with her. Why am I thinking about this to much? He said that she's a friend.

"What's wrong?" Stella asked and I sighed "I really don't know"

"You like him, don't you?" She asked me and I blushed with a nod. A laugh escaped her lips "Then tell him you idiot! Don't wait for him to make a move! And why the long face?"
