So a quick note before the chapter, I know nothing about church weddings and such, I tried to write as much as I know from what I gathered from books and movies and I hope that's actually happens because frankly, I have no clue. Soo... enjoy!
---------------
It's been a week since I've been released from the hospital and I've been feeling well. I have been going to school but Dean's barely allowing me my space not that it bothered me or anything, it was actually pretty darn amazing. Melissa never talked to me or even tried to approach me. People were actually starting to communicate with me and it made me happy. That outburst was worth it.
After the whole Dean's father thing, everything went back to normal. Dean and I were back. Kyle and I interacted a little bit and Dean still got a little jealous when we did. Mom and I went back to normal in no time because she felt bad I got shot. Everyone was talking about me when I went back to school a week after the incident but it died down later on. Brandon was put in jail once and for all,
and Stella and Jacob's wedding has finally come. The wait was over for the soon to be bride and the pressure was off the soon to be groom. The night were the two of them get united for ever. Unless they get a divorce, which I hope not.
So there I was, standing in front of the mirror in the middle of a crowded room staring at my reflection. I really didn't recognize myself behind all the make up. I looked different, more grown up and mature. I had the peach colored dress on and my hair was curled nicley and pinned up with two strands falling on each side of my face.
"Come on girls! We need to get to the church!" Stella's mom called out. We all grabbed our stuff hurriedly and managed to make our way to the car without tripping over our heels. The bride followed us in another car and I couldn't describe how beautiful she looked.
The car stopped in front of the back door of the church and we hurried inside towards a small room. We adjusted ourselves one last time and mumbled our goodlucks to the bride and walked outside where the best men stood in suits including Kyle. Kyle was Jacob's cousin and they were pretty close so I figured he'd be here. He couldn't make it to the rehearsels the night before.
"Hey, Ellie" Kyle said grinning.
"Hey!" I chirped and stood next to hm taking our positions.
"You look... uhm... nice" He said and I grinned at him "Thanks, you don't look bad yourself"
We chatted a bit more and the doors opened telling us that it's finally the time.
I hooked my arms with Kyle and held the bouquet with the other hand as we walked down the isle. It was extremely weird walking down the isle with my ex boyfriend when my boyfriend was sitting on one of the benches but I ignored it and kept smiling.
Everyone was watching us and I was ecsatic. I loved weddings, so damn much. We all stood on the altar from where we practiced the day before. The groom was already there and he was waiting by the priest while we waited for the music to play and the bride to come in.
My eyes wondered around searching for my family when I saw my mom and Dean sitting next to the each other in the right row 5 seats away. I smiled at them and waved a little, they both waved back when the piano started playing. Everyone turned their heads towards the door where the bride was about to walk in, I took a quick glance at Jacob and he was fiddling with his fingers, obviously feeling extremely nervous.
The door opened and some people let out a small, barely audible gasp when the bride walked in with her father hanging on to her hand as they both made their way through. I couldn't help but tear up at the most gorgeous woman on earth that stood in front of me.
