Chapter 20: Project, Reuions & Dean.

I'm uploading this from my phone and I dont know what's happening or how to edit and microsoft word is not working so I wrote this on the notes one so its all spelling mistakes, I guess. I hope you like it though! sorrryyyyy for the long wait.

"Alright class, I have a little project for you" Our biology teacher announced and we all groaned.

"Since you're all partner'd up. You have to make a 5 minute presentation with your partner about any topic in your book with a 10 page research paper about that topic" She smiled as she watched our expression change.

"If you need additional information, talk to me after class. But for now, you may begin with your project. Pick out the topic you'll be working on and put some points on a paper about the topic and when you go home work on the presentation. You have 2 weeks to get it done."

Kyle was sitting awkwardly next to me. We haven't spoke at all since well, his last confession. Wow. What a great way to start my day.

He cleared his throat and opened the book "So, what do you want to ehm... talk about?"

"Yo Teach! Is it okay if we talk about sexual reproduction?" Carter, Kyle's friend, said loudly making the whole class giggle.

"Well, Mr. Johnson, I frankly don't think you'd be able to handle this topic" Mrs. West smiled sarcastically making us all laugh. Carter glared at her and slumped back in his seat which made us even laugh more.

"Back to your topics!" She said making us all go silent.

Kyle stared at me and I frowned staring at the book looking through the pages for a topic.

"Okay look. I'm sorry. I was way off limit and I shouldn't have said that at all but I was jealous" He admitted, running a hand through his hair "Let's just make it clear. I won't do that again, I promise. And I hope we remain friends because this is majorly awkward."

I nodded with a sigh "Alright, I'll forigve you but on one condition"

"Anything"

"Don't be mean to Dean. He has nothing to do with your issues. If you're not over me then that's your fault" I know I was being way too mean but we needed to settle this once and for all "He's my boyfriend and I love him and I'd appreciate it if you and your buddies stop pushing him around through basketball practice. I know you and your childish games, Kyle. So unless you're willing to do what I've told you, we have a deal."

Kyle debated with himself for a while. Is he that stupid and desperate?! What was he even thinking about?!

"Alright fine"

And with that, we started our topic search.

"I say genetics" I said grabbing my stuff and heading out of class with Kyle on my trail "Nu uh! Human Reproductive system" Kyle joked making me giggle "Genetics it is!"

"You're such a buzzkill, I swear" He said smiling at me and I laughed moving towards Dean's classroom. "I'll see you last period!" I waved at Kyle and he waved back, both of us taking different directions. It felt nice. Kyle is honestly so much fun to be around.

Once I saw Dean getting out the classroom, I ran and hugged him from behind making him burst out laughing. Some students were watching us and whispering shit but I didn't care. I love him!

"Hey babe" I giggled and he turned around pecking me on the lips "Hey, aren't you all happy and giddy?"

"Because I have the best boyfriend in the whole wide world" I said in a squeaky voice and he chuckled "And I have the best girlfriend in the world"
