Chapter 4: The Demon King's Defeat and The Surface?

After the Demon King's little speech, he burst towards Saitama at a speed that even the hero couldn't catch up.

The hero was gifted with eyes that could catch up to attacks no matter how fast they were going. So you could tell it was a shock when he couldn't catch up.

A punch to Saitama's face was enough to launch him into the castle. The Demon King then ran after him.

When the Demon King arrived in the castle he was punched in his stomach which launched him back outside directly in front of Cinder.

Cinder: "S-Sir?"

Demon King: "Stay back Cinder. This human is strong"

Saitama: "Consecutive Normal Punches"

Once again, punches moving at lighting speed are thrown at him which made his entire body explode into pieces. A second later, the body regenerated back.

Saitama felt his eye twitch.

Regenerating monsters were the most annoying. They didn't know how to stay dead. Especially that Boros guy.

Demon King: "Let's take this battle to the surface! I want the world to see your defeat!"

Saitama: "Ok"

The Demon King opened his mouth and let a pure black beam shoot out towards our hero. Saitama slammed against the ground and was shot directly through the ground.

A few seconds later, he was met with a blue sky.

Saitama: "Woah"

Saitama propelled himself midair to the left to get himself off the beam. Despite all of this, Saitama's suit was relatively unharmed. It was a crazy sight.

The Demon King jumped out of the hole and he shot his giant beam again. Saitama started running around dodging the beam. Mounting over rocks, running on water, and even using trees as cover.

It was kinda entertaining how many powers the guy showed. It was kinda fun to guess the next.

But like all the times you do something fun. It gets boring.

Saitama: "Alright! Playtime is over!"

Saitama stops running and jumps towards the Demon King. The Demon King adjusts his beam to hit Saitama. The bald hero punches through the beam and eventually punched the Demon Lord in his stomach.

The punch he felt was unlike anything he has ever felt. He could feel all of his cells getting destroyed and regenerating all at the same time. It was agonizing. His regeneration was trying its best to keep him alive. It seemed impossible.

The worst part was the bald human's face. He looked so bored. As if, this wasn't even a fight, to begin with. It was like a daily walk in the park. The punch seemed effortless.

The Demon King's body slammed into the ground which caused a pretty big crater to form. Saitama landed next to his body with crossed arms.

Demon King: "I......lost.......?"

Saitama: "Yeah. You were pretty strong"

Demon King: "You......lie....."

The Demon King looks over at Saitama's blank face.

Demon King: "I gave........my all.......in this fight......"

Taking a second to cough, he continued.

Demon King: "And yet.......... You took no damage...."

Saitama's face gets a little more stoic and serious.

Demon King: "Such ungodly strength....."

He looks back up at the sky.

Demon King: "Thank you for the fight........"

With that, the Demon King has passed.

Saitama looked down at his body for a second and decided to walk through the forest to find a town or something. He could only think about how similar his last words were compared to that alien guy.

It was like they were spiritually connected it something.

Don't get him wrong, he doesn't believe in ghosts and all that but still. Some unknown force could make him have nostalgic moments.

After a but of walking, he is faced with a giant castle.

Saitama: "Woah!"
