Deep Indigo (Shin Ryujin - Itzy)

1 - The Beginning

(Y/n POV)

I was supposed to be heading to work early, yet I had received a call from my older sister Joohyun. Hearing my phone ring that was charging on my desk, I turned to pick it up and answered the call.

"Yes, Unnie, how can I help you?" I sighed as I unplugged my phone.

"Y/n little one, I left my bag with some clothes that were in it when I came over yesterday, and I may or may not need it for practice," She replied

"So... Do you want me to drop it off?" I raised an eyebrow

She chuckled across the phone. "Yes please, if you can,"

I went down the stairs looking around the living room, still holding the phone to my ear. I heard her say, "Y/n, it's a black bag with a bunny keyring on it."

I walk around the couch, and by the arm, the rest of the couch, I find a black bag with a bunny keyring on it, "Yeah, I did." I say as I pick up the bag, putting it by the door so I won't forget later. I heard a sigh of relief on the other side of the phone. "Thank god.. And thank you, little one."

"Unnie, I've said this so many times, I'm not little anymore." I remind her, in which she replies."You are still little to me. You're my younger sister Y/n." I could feel her smile from the phone.

"Alright then, I'll drop it off in a bit. I need to get ready, see you soon, Unnie." I say my goodbyes to her as she hums in reply, "Mm, okay Y/n see you in a bit." She soon hung up the phone.

I went back upstairs to my room, starting to get ready for work, I had a short shift today, so I didn't have to wear anything too formal. I decided to go with something simple; black trousers, a white long sleeved shirt, a black jacket and white Timberlands.

Like usual, I put on my 2 rings that are separately matching with two of my best friends, along with a bracelet the Joohyun unnie had given me.

I brought the rest of my belongings with me in the pockets of my jacket, My left hand was my helmet, and the other was Joohyun unnies bag.

Walking outside, I unlocked my motorbike, opened the storage under my seat, and put her bag inside. I put on my helmet and got on the bike, and started driving towards SM Entertainment. (ew)

Finally, after countless minutes of traffic, I've arrived at the company. I took out the bag and walked into the company before security stopped me.

I took off my helmet and spoke, "I'm Bae Y/n? Irenes sister?" The security stepped aside as he apologised, I carried on walking, approaching the elevator.

I pressed the button, and the doors closed. The elevator stopped, and the doors opened, I walked out, heading to the girls' usual practice room. I could already hear excited and loud shouting or screaming from their room.

I opened the door, and all their heads turned towards me.

Nearly instantly, Yeri unnie shouted my name, "Y/n-ahh!" She started running towards me, practically jumping into my arms, hugging me tightly.

"I missed you, I haven't seen you in so long." She sighed as I patted her back.

"I missed you too, unnie, but I only came here to drop something off quickly." I said as she pulled away, pouting. I laughed and spoke,"I promise somewhere this week we can hang out."

I held out my pinky finger, and she locked fingers with me as she nodded. "You better keep your promise."

She moved aside when Joohyun unnie came over with the other members following behind her. I handed the bag to her, and she smiled, "Thank you, Y/n," She said as she looked up to me.
