14 - Let's Play A Game

(Y/n POV)

"Well, then since we just got used to eachother, this should be interesting." Ryujins says as she stares intently into my eyes.

For godsake, something is about to happen to me I just know it's bound to happen.

"Okayyy, we're all playing right?" Yuna says happily, we all respond with a yes or a thumbs up, then she continues, "So first, Yeri unnie truth or dare?"

"Obviously truth, I have nothing to hide." She says confidently.

"Then~ if you were to date anyone in this room who would you date?" Yuna suggested.

Yeri cleared her throat and took a sip of water before saying hesitantly, "Well.. I guess, maybe Y/n." We all looked at her in shock then she said quickly, "N-noo I don't have a crush on Y/n, i-it's, it's just because she seems like she would take good care of me i-if we were, y'know..."

"By the sounds of it, it seems like you do like Y/n.." Ryujin teases.

"Yah, no I don't she's too perfect for me.. Anyways, Ryujin, truth or dare." Yeri continues.

"Truth."

"Are you dating Y/n?"

Ryujin stares at me for a bit before brushing her hair back, returning her attention to Yeri unnie. "No, sadly not." She says.

"What do you mean by, 'sadly not'?" Seulgi unnie says.

"It's not my turn anymore, soooo no more questions." Ryujin replied.

We spent about quite a while asking eachother questions, only two people had to do a dare because they didn't want to tell the truth. One of those people was ironically Yeri unnie, I mean, it doesn't surprise me. She was basically bluffing half the time.

We took a break from the game when Seulgi unnie and Ryujin went out to get us ice creams and more snacks. I was scrolling through my phone when Yuna and Yeri unnies conversation caught my attention after hearing my name.

I still stared at my phone but tuned my ears into their conversation.

"No, it's because Y/n told me the other day by phone that she does." Yuna says.

"So I was right, Y/n does like Ryuj--" Yeri unnie was cut off by the door closing and voice.

"We're back, and we got the ice creams." Seulgi unnie said.

Yeri unnie made an 'oh god I almost got caught' face which ended up making Yuna laugh and playfully hit Yeri.

Seulgi unnie and Ryujin looked at them confused. They shrugged their shoulders then sat back down on the couch, Ryujin handed out the ice creams and gave me my favourite one. A mango ice cream.

I smiled at her then said, "How did you know this is my favourite?"

She laughed and took a seat next to me then replied, "Someone may or may not have told me." She looked towards Seulgi unnie who made eye contact with me and started to laugh.

"Well, thank you for it anyways." I said looking at Ryujin.

"No problem Y/n." She said calmly.

"Okay now that we're all back should we continue?" Yeri unnie said eating her ice cream.

We all agreed and quickly finished the ice creams.

After asking a few questions to eachother, Yeri unnie called out once more, "Ryujin-ah, Truth or Dare?"

"Truth." She said sternly.

Yeri unnie had a large smile on her face then she said, "Are you in love with Y/n?"

(Author POV)

Silence instantly fell upon the room as the words left Yeri's mouth. Ryujin stared into space trying to think of what to reply but no matter what she could think of, it wasn't a plausible answer.

"C'mon Ryujin~" Yeri teased.

Ryujin hesitated for a second before saying slowly, "N-no.. No I'm not, " she exhaled deeply after answering.

"Unnie, you're so bad at lying, it's so obvious." Yuna scoffed.

Ryujins ears started to turn a light pink colour, before she said "Okay okay fine, I- I do have.. Some sort of feelings for Y/n.."

"I told you she would confess by the end of today! Seulgi unnie you owe me food!" Yeri said excited.

Seulgi sighed in defeat, then Yeri turned to Ryujin then said, "So.. You need to do a dare since you lied so obviously."

Ryujin sighed then Yeri said, "I dare you to kiss Y/n."

Both Y/n and Ryujins eyes opened widely staring at Yeri in disbelief, Yuna gasped then said, "Unnie you actually said it, I didn't think you would."

Yeri giggled then Ryujin and Y/n made eye contact with each other. Ryujin slowly turned to Y/n and tapped her on the shoulder.

Ryujin had tapped Y/n on the shoulder, staring awkwardly into her eyes. Then she said quietly, "You're okay with this right?"

Y/n nods at her, she glances down at Y/n's lips then looks back up to make eye contact.

Unable to hold the tension between them, Y/n grabs Ryujin by the shirt pulling her into a kiss. Shocked Ryujin's eyes were open for a split second before closing and melting into Y/n's lips.

Ryujin laced her arms around Y/n's neck deepening the kiss, Y/n moved her hands to Ryujin's waist pulling her closer. Their lips moved in sync as Y/n pressed Ryujin against the couch.

As the level of oxygen between the girls started to decrease Y/n gently grabbed Ryujin by the chin pulling away from the kiss reluctantly.

Both girls held pink stained cheeks as they stared at eachother. "See.. It wasn't too bad.. Right?" Y/n said quietly.

Ryujin nodded then Y/n spoke again, "You sure took your time, I couldn't hold it any longer."

Yeri and Yuna squeeled in the background, making Irene quickly calm them down, they calmed down but were hitting eachother lightly full of excitement and happiness.

They sat in a comfortable silence before Seulgi spoke, "To be honest you guys would actually look cute together."

Y/n and Ryujin look at eachother for a moment before Joohyun spoke up, "If you guys end up dating I honestly wouldn't mind it."

"I think it would take us some time because we just met a few days ago so maybe give us a few months and see how it goes." Ryujin says as she turns to Y/n holding her hand.

"Yeah, I agree like Ryujin said maybe a few months and we'll see where we go." Y/n replied slowly.

"No, that's perfectly fine. But just so you know Ryujin, you have my consent if ever you decide to date her." Joohyun replied giving Ryujin a look of assurance.

Ryujin looks towards Y/n smiling, "So I guess it starts now."
