Deep Indigo (Shin Ryujin - Itzy)

27 - Day off

(Y/n POV)

She quickly brings me to the bedroom and I turn to her, "I don't want to go work.." I pause and look into her eyes, "can't I stay with you?"

She cups my cheeks and smiles, "as much I would love you to, you have to go work." I pout at her and she laughs, "I'll drop you off and hopefully it will make you feel somewhat better. Okay?"

I nod slowly and she gently pushes my to my wardrobe to get ready for work.

Once I finish adjusting my blazer I turn back towards my girlfriend who's sitting on the bed waiting for me in a hoodie as she looks me up and down before smiling, in which I lock eyes with hers.

"I take it that you're ready my love?" She stands up and walks towards me holding my hands in her warm ones as I nod slowly. "Let's go!" She smiles widely and heads over to the door grabbing her car keys.

After a 20 minute drive she parks the car outside my work. "Do I really have to go?" I sigh turning to her.

She laughs and pecks my lips, "yes Y/n.. You'll be fine, I'll pick you up later again, okay?"

I nod slowly and reluctantly get out the car. My feet dragging across the pavement not wanting to leave her as I see Ryujin smile brightly waving me goodbye before I reach the door to the building.

I quickly go to my office and start to organise myself to get ready for todays load of work.

(Ryujin POV)

I arrive back home closing the door behind me, I go to our room and start to get myself ready for practice before I was interupted by the ringtone of my phone.

I pull it out of my pocket and see that Yeji unnie is calling so I answer quickly.

"Unnie, why did you call?" I say as I open the wardrobe picking out sone clothes.

"I just got told that practice was cancelled because our teacher is off-sick so you can stay home today." I hear her say in a hurry.

I nod and start to put away the clothes I picked, "oh.. Okay, thanks for telling me I was getting ready." I scoff.

"Ah okay, anyways Ryuddaeng I need to go so have fun doing whatever." I hear her say with that same rushed tone before she ends the call.

I sit down on the bed and decide to watch a few movies and relax as I have today off.

It's been a few hours, I've watched so many movies I can't even count them. What should I do? When will Y/n come home? Should I start a solo V-live?

I do have some time to kill so why not, I reach for my phone that is charging on the nightstand. I attach my phone to a phone holder and prepare to start a V-live.

I press the 'go live' button and wait for Midzys to join. Not even after 5 minutes there are thousands of Midzys already here.

I wave at them and watch as the viewer count continues to increase. "Wah, I already have 100 thousand, you guys are quick to join." I chuckle as I see the comments fly by aswell.

"I will wait a bit longer so more people can join us." I say as I continue to watch the view count go up.

After 3 or 5 minutes had past I begin, "okay we should have enough Midzys here." I say as I read some of the comments that past by.

"ryujin so pretty!!" I quote and smile, "thank you, I bet you are aswell."

"Ryujin unnie, who was the person that was with you last live?" I read the question out loud before replying, "you're talking about the person that wasn't on camera right?"

I see the comments all with 'yes' in the chat so I reply, "that was one of our close friends, she isn't a trainee, she was just stopping by to visit us."

"Have you known her for a long time?" I read out another question, "I wasn't the first person to meet her." I pause, "she is Yunas close friend, I think she went to the same school as me, but I'm not sure.."

"Why are you guys so interested about my friend hmm?" I ask and my eyes move towards the comments.

'She sounds pretty'
'she seems like a very good friend'

"She seems very close to you guys and her voice is attractive." I sigh, "are you guys falling in love with my friend or something?" I joke.

I see responses fly by as I continue to interact and answer questions with the fans. I tell some stories and experiences that I had in the past few days and see their reactions to them.

But before I even know it, it's around 6:30. I've spent about 2 hours talking to the fans as I had started the live at around 4.

I continue to answer some questiond before I am cut off by a noise comjng from the living room. My head instantly flicks up and my eyes stare at the door, my ears are listening intently for anymore sounds. Nothing.

Until I hear some keys jingling and footsteps heading towards me. I watch as the door slowly opens to be greeted with tired eyes, she's home.

Y/n opens her mouth to speak but I quickly move out of view from the camera and shake my head getting up heading over towards her.

She looks at me in confusion and I say quietly, "I'm doing a live Y/n.."

She moves slightly away from me and blinks a few times before replying quietly, "ahh.. Okay you got me confused there, let me get dressed then I'll leave you 'till you're done."

I nod in reply and go back to the bed as I watch her walk over to the wardrobe. I turn my attention back to the fans but I can still see her in my field of view.

I try reading some of the comments but I'm distracted by my girlfriend in the background as she starts to unbutton her shirt. My eyes trail up and down her body unconsciously. She drops the shirt on the floor and picks out one of her hoodies to wear, pulling it over her head she turns around and makes eye contact with me.

I quickly look away and turn my attention to the fans' comments reading them as they pass by. I hear her footsteps fade away as she closes the door behind her leaving the room. And I continue to answer questions just fot a bit longer.

I glance at the time to see that it's been half an hour so I decide to end the live.

I sigh then say, "I'm getting hungry, I think I should go but thank you everyone for joining today. You guys helped me not be bored so thank you.." I pause, "make sure you remember to eat and sleep well. See you guys soon!" I say waving goodbye to the fans and turn off the live.

(so it's been a while, I took a short break because of exams and what not, but I am back so hopefully I'll be writing more later :) )
