36 - Work With You

(Y/n POV)

After about 30 minutes of getting ready and driving to my office we arrive as Ryujin pulls into a parking spot.

We both get out the car and walk into the building. There are more people than usual for some reason, and all eyes are on us as we walk in.

Ryujin takes my hand holding it tightly as we walk past the people. "It's quite busy today, is it usually like this?" She says as we approach the elevator.

I shake my head, "not normally.. Do you think they all came just because of us?" I turn to her.

"No way.. Maybe some, but I doubt it's all of them." Ryujin says as we stop in front of the elevator.

I press the button to call for the elevator and see my manager inside.

"Oh, Y/n? You have a shift today?" He asks me.

I bow to him and get in the elevator with Ryujin next to me and reply, "yes I do.."

"Ahh.. It's nice seeing you again Y/n and who is this?" He looks towards Ryujin.

"Her?" I pause and he nods then I continue, "she's my girlfriend." I smile at him

He goes wide eyed and replies, "your girlfriend?"

I nod happily and ask, "why? Is there a problem or.."

"No no, not at all.." He says with the look of awe still in his eyes, "so that was you on the news? You dating Ryujin?" He says slowly.

"Yeah, yes it was." I reassure him.

"Wah.. Never thought I would be seeing a celebrity in this building." He jokes.

We both laugh as the doors open to our floor. As we get out he stops in front of us and holds out his hand to Ryujin, "well.. Nice to meet you Ryujin." He smiles as Ryujin shakes his hand.

"Nice to meet you too.." She smiles politely.

"Right then, I'll get going.. Enjoy the day both of you and Y/n don't get distracted by your girlfriend." He chuckles.

I bow to him and smile, "thank sir.. And I'll try my best not to be." I how to him once more as he walks off.

Ryujin turns to me with a raised eyebrow.

"What?" I look at her confused.

"You won't get distracted by me?" She smirks.

"I- i said I'll try--"

"We'll see about that baby.." She winks at me before taking my hand walking towards my office.

"Yah, you better not do anything I'm at work." I say trying not to stutter again.

She smiles at me, "no promises my love."

As we walk towards my office a few colleagues and interns notice Ryujin next to me, I can feel them staring at us. I can hear the quiet murmurs and whispers as we walk by;

"did you see the news? ryujin is dating y/n." One worker says.

"no way, y/n as in the bae y/n here?" The person next to them replies

"yes, that y/n!" They reply.

"wah, to be honest i don't blame her.. y/n is really pretty.."

"you guys get back to work, they can probably hear you!" Another worker says.

I turn to make eye contact with one of the employees and they quickly turn around before I walk into my office with Ryujin behind me.

Ryujin enters my office and sits in my seat as I close the blinds so we have some privacy.
