48- No Regrets

(Ryujin POV)

I opened my eyes under warm blankets next to my fiancé, Y/n. She's still fast asleep and I don't want to wake her up yet.

As I try to sit up I feel her grip around my waist tighten pulling me back in place. I guess I have to wake her up.

"Y/n, my love. Wake up.." I gently shake her by the shoulder and I hear her groan.

"Y/n, you can go back to sleep in a bit I just need you to get up, you're trapping me." I chuckle lightly.

"Then so be it, stay here." She says still clearly tired.

"I need to pee, let me go." I say and she just holds me closer, "Y/n if you don't move I will pee on the bed, now get up." I say firmly and she moves her arm away so I can finally go to the bathroom.

As I walk out the bathroom I see Y/n still sleeping. I join her back under the covers and she pulls me as close as possible the moment I'm on the bed.

She pulls me under the blankets and I see her awake smiling at me.

"Hello, my fiancé." She smiles brightly.

I laugh and peck her lips at her cuteness, "you certainly are in a good mood this morning."

"Why wouldn't I? I'm with the love of my life, the most beautiful girl ever." She smiles happily.

I hug her tightly and reply, "I'd say the exact same thing about you."

She pulls the blankets away from our heads and brings me back into the warmth of her arms.

"I could stay like this forever." I sigh contently.

Both of our attentions are turned to the door when we hear a knock. Y/n then gets up to go over to the door, I hear the door unlock as Y/n speaks.

"oh, Chaeryeong?"

"Yeji unnie told me to go check on you guys if you were awake so we can eat downstairs." I hear Chaeryeongs voice.

"Yeah, we're both up. We can meet you at here in like ten minutes so we can get ready." Y/n replies.

"Okay, I'll tell the girls." Chaeryeong pauses, "also I love the ring Ryujin gave you."

"Me too.. Right see you in a bit." Y/n says before closing the door.

Y/n comes back with her head down staring at her hand, admiring the ring I had given her.

"My love, you have a matching ring right?" Y/n looks towards me.

"Of course I do Y/n." I smile at her and she helps me get up from the bed.

"Amazing, now let's get ready." She pecks my lips.

(Y/n POV)

We finished getting ready, I walk out the bathroom to see Ryujin has one of my hoodies on, which is slightly bigger on her since I am taller.

"Where did you get that hm?" I walk up to her as she fixes her hair in the mirror.

I wrap my arms around her waist as I hear her giggle, "definitely not from your closet." I watch as her smile grows showing her dimples, "I may or may not have stolen it yesterday before I left to come here."

Ryujin turns to me with a large smile on her lips, she's just so beautiful, I could stare at her for the whole day.

"What are you looking at?" Ryujin says staring at me.

"You." I say as her cheeks start to turn pink, "honestly Ryujin, I never thought I could be happier right now."

She holds my hand as she smiles, "I can't wait to tell everyone." Ryujin lifts my hand up to look at the ring.

I peck Ryujins lips and she pulls me into a comforting embrace, we stay like this for a few seconds before we hear a knock on the door and a muffled voice.

"Lovebirds, are you ready?"

Ryujin lets go of me before walking over to the door as I follow behind her, she opens the door and I see the all the girls standing there.

"Unnies I'm so hungry can we eat?" Yuna pouts as she grabs Yejis hand.

"They took so long that's why, now come on, the baby is hungry." Yeji unnie drags Yuna down the hallway by her hand as we trail behind them.

As we reach the restaurant on the ground floor, we're politely greeted by staff.

"Booking for Hwang Yeji?" The hostess says and Yeji unnie nods, "amazing, follow me to the table."

The hostess walks in front of us over to a table, she brings us over to a separate area, pushing open a large door.

She holds the door open for us as Yeji unnie stops along with the other girls in front of us.

Confused I look over to Yeji unnie and she smiles, "I suggest both of you walk in first."

I hold Ryujins hand and hesitantly walk in with Ryujin by my side.

I hear loud pops and bangs as I watch confetti fall from out of nowhere, my eyes widen as I hear loud voices shout.

"Congratulations!"

I walk further into the room with Ryujin to see Mark, the Red Velvet girls and the Twice members cheering as they pop more confetti into the air.

"Unnie.." I hear Ryujin say slowly as she turns around to Yeji.

"R- Ryujin-ah, don't cry.." I watch Yeji walk towards Ryujin.

Ryujin turns to me and I see tears start to well up in her eyes, "Ryujin.." I say, as I start to wipe the tears that fall from her eyes.

Ryujin hugs me tightly, hearing her sniff by my neck.

I gently push Ryujin away to be greeted by her red puffy eyes along with her tear stained cheeks, she's adorable.

I peck her lips as I hear her speak, "I- I can't believe this.." She sniffs once more and turns to her Yeji, "unnie.. You did this?"

Yeji laughs, "everyone here helped with this surprise."

Ryujin goes to hug her unnie as I feel a tap on my shoulder making me turn around.

I see Joohyun unnie smiling brightly, "looks like my little one is getting married soon."

I laugh in response, "unnie, you don't know how happy I am right now." I say as she hugs me tightly patting my back.

I pull away from the hug and greet the others that are here.

We gather at the tables and begin to eat, taking our time, talking between eachother as they of course ask many endless questions about the future plans for Ryujin and I.

Things like the marriage, honeymoon etc. I just know that Ryujin and I will come to a decision sooner or later, and I know that it will be something that we both, will never regret.
