7 - A While

(Y/n POV)

"Y/n!!"

I look up and see both Mark and Yeri standing outside, Yeri unnie looks at me smiling as she lifts a bag with bottles inside. "Look what I brought~" She takes out a bottle of soju and shakes it, then Mark says "I tried to stop her from buying them but she wouldn't listen."

They both walk in the house and Yeri puts the bottles on the small coffee table as we all gather and sit by the table.

"So Y/n, what have you been up to?" Yeri unnie says as she opens a bottle. I sigh and reply, "Not much to be honest, a lot of work, projects to prepare for and that's all." She hands me a shot and we all drink ours at the same time.

"Then why did you take a few days off if nothing interesting is happening?" Mark asks and I turn to look at him "Well, because I promised a few people to see them since I've been busy and I also needed time for myself." They both nod then Yeri asked "Who else did you promise?"

"Well, I was going to plan a whole day out with you but now that you're here attempting to get me drunk, I don't think I need to anymore." I joke making them both laugh, "But I did make a promise with Yuna."

"Oh, you still talk to her?" Yeri raises an eyebrow pouring another glass for us. "Yeah, I actually dropped her off the other day when I saw you, she said she missed me so it made me think about taking a few days off."

"Yuna? Who's Yuna?" Mark looked at me, then I laughed "Ah, Yuna, Yuna is from ITZY Mark.." It took a while for him to process before watching his eyes light up "Oh~ that Yuna, I honestly didn't know who you were talking about."

"Anyways, so I promised to meet her but didn't tell her when.. So I'm planning on seeing her tomorrow if I don't feel like I'm dead." I say as I take another shot, Yeri unnie laughs then pats me on the back, "Don't worry Y/n, your tolerance is high anyways."

Yeri unnie lays on my shoulder as she slurs, "Y/n-ahhh, hOw aRe yoU noT iN a RelAtIonsHip yEtt?" I look at Mark asking for help then she starts to speak again, this time sitting up "yOu'Re sO cOol, wHy doEs noBody liKe yOu~" she blinks a few more times while looking at me straight in the eyes, then lays on my lap again, this time closing her eyes shut.

"She's gonna have a hard time waking up tomorrow," Mark laughs, he pours one more glass for me and him. "Last one then we can sort her out." I nod then we both take the last shot.

Mark gets up and slowly lifts her up from my lap. I get my phone then dial Joohyun unnies number, it rings a few times before she picks up
"Hey little one, why'd you call?"
I chuckle then say, "Yeri unnie, she passed out, I think you need to pick her up." I hear her sigh then she asks "yeah sure, but wouldn't it be easier for you to drop her?" I shake my head then say "I already drank, I can't drive unnie.."

I hear her hum then say "ah right right, in that case I'll be there in a bit, has she thrown up yet?" I shake my head then say "not yet, I don't know if sh--" I see Yeri unnie get up then rush to the bathroom, then I laugh and carry on "She's throwing up right now, I need to go unnie, see you in a bit." Joohyun unnie laughs then says "Alright I'm leaving now anyways, see you.." She says then hangs up.

I quickly follow Yeri unnie to the bathroom, Mark is already there with a cup of water, holding her hair back as she vomits and groans. She lifts her head up then I hand her a wet wipe to wipe her mouth and she sighs, "I think I feel better,"

Mark gently lift her up and we both take her back to the couch so she can rest. "Is she gonna stay here or is someone gonna pick her up?" Mark looks towards me, I shake my head then say "Joohyun unnie said she'll come and get her, also are you safe to go home by yourself?" Mark nods then says "I'll just get an uber home or something,"

After a few minutes of waiting we hear the doorbell ring, Yeri is laying her head on my shoulder so Mark gets the door instead. He opens and Irene is standing there "Oh Minhyung-ah," I hear Joohyun say, then Mark replies, "Noona, Yeri's with Y/n on the couch." Yeri suddenly gets up then says loudly "Irene unnie!?" She runs towards my sister and hugs her tightly.

"Ah Kim Yerim, you really are drunk aren't you?" Joohyun unnie says, then Yeri replies slowly, "No... I'm.. Just a bit.. Tipsy that's all~" Irene rolls her eyes then looks over to me and says "What about you Y/n?" I smile at her then stand up walking over to her "Unnie, I'm perfectly fine." She scoffs then says "You better be, anyways, thank you both for taking care of this one. I owe you both--"
"Unnie! What do you mean by this one?" Yeri says blinking her eyes at Joohyun.

"Right.. I'm taking the troublemaker home," Joohyun unnie says as she holds Yeri up bringing her to the car then she stops and says "Y/n take care and Minhyung get home safely." We both wave, nodding at her as we watch them get into the car driving off not soon after.

After they left Mark helps me tidy up then we watch a short movie before he orders an uber. He gets up then says "It's 2 minutes away, I should get ready." I look at him and stand up with him and say "yeah yeah, no problem.." He puts his coat and shoes on then opens the door to see a car waiting outside, he hugs me goodbye "Alright, see you whenever Y/n, take care." I nod and hug him back then say "You too, take care." We both let go then he walks away as he waves at me, I wave back at him then watch him safely get in the car.

I go back into the house then text him.

Send me your location and the plate number of the car.

Yeah sure

He then sends his location along with his ubers plate number, some people think it's weird that I do this but if you think about it anything could happen. And I do these precautions because most of my friends are idols or famous people, even if they weren't I would still do the same, I care for their safety especially late at night. I honestly would hate it if anything bad happened to them, and if I knew I could've done something to prevent it from happening, it would haunt me forever.

I lock my door and head into my room and collapse onto my bed quickly drifting into a deep slumber.

(In the morning)

I wake up to a vibration under my pillow, I try to ignore it but it carries on. Someones calling me. I sigh then move my hand around to find my phone, when the vibrating stops. I huff in frustration and sit up, looking for my phone under my pillows with my eyes barely opening. Finally I feel my phone, right on the edge of my bed.

I rub my eyes to get rid of the tiredness to see 2 miss calls from 'big baby Yuna'. I sigh then begin to call her back, in a few seconds she picks up. "Unnie, are you busy? You weren't picking up." I shake my head then clear my throat and say slowly, "No.. I was just sleeping, anyways why did you call?" There was a silence for a few seconds before I spoke again "Yuna.. Yuna darling, are you still there?"
